Description:The space I can offer you is the main floor of my villa which is situated 4 Kms from Nepi and 40 Kms from Rome. It consists of one double bedroom, a large sitting-dining room, a bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen: a total area of 95 Sq. Meters (1000 Sq. feet.) Outside there is a porch on the north side and a large terrace (partially covered) on the south side of the house. Both can be used for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is possible, on request, to fit a sofabed in the sittingroom, in order to extend the hospitality to two more people.There is a WiFi connection and plenty of space for parking your car. The land adjacent to the house is aprox. 2.5 acres, with olive trees, fruit trees, ornamental trees, plants, flowers and a small vegetable garden where, every day, you can pick your own fresh greens and Mediterranean herbs. A few Kms from Nepi you will find the medieval village of Sutri with its Roman Theatre and Etruscan tombs and you can visit the lakes: Lago di Vico and Lago di Bracciano, named after the small town of Bracciano, famous for its medieval castle overlooking the lake. From Bracciano there is easy access to the fashionable lake-side village of Trevignano, and Anguillara which is a fishing village. GOLF PLAYERS! Description:Bolsena is a delightful little town overlooking the eastern banks of the lake of the same name, on the Via Cassia 100 kms north of Rome, in the province of Viterbo. This part of Italy is full in history and local traditions, and immersed in rich, and largely unpolluted, natural surroundings. The clear waters of Lake Bolsena belong to the largest lake in Europe with volcanic origins. nAntica Posta stands in the town just outside the walls of the castle, and for a long time it was a postal station for the changing of the horses and a resting place for travellers along the Via Cassia. During the recent renovation it was equipped with the latest modern comforts, whereas the furnishings, original pieces from the beginning of the 1900s, suit the special architecture of the villa. nIn the garden next to the villa they have made a private swimming-pool for guests, and on the lawn alongside there is a large gazebo with tables and chairs. In an independent apartment next to the villa live the wardens, who also take care of the cleaning. The owners have a farm estate close by and produce excellent wines, and you can organize wine-tastings and a visit to the farm.
