It consists of one double bedroom, a large sitting-dining room, a bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen: a total area of 95 Sq. Meters (1000 Sq. feet.) Outside there is a porch on the north side and a large terrace (partially covered) on the south side of the house. Both can be used for having breakfast, lunch or dinner.
