Terni is also known as the Italian Manchester for its impressive industrial archeology and vibrant nightlife, as well as the city of lovers, being the city of Saint Valentine. It's settle half-way between Rome and Perugia, and surrounded by a spectacular landscape and picturesque villages. The second large Umbrian city is at a very short distance from epic Valnerina and majestic 165-meters Marmore Waterfalls (5-10 minutes), Narni (15 mins) now known for Narnia movie, Spoleto and Todi (30 mins), Orvieto (50 mins) and Norcia-Cascia (55 mins). It's impossible to mention all the hundred of places that are worthy of a visit. Terni and its environs is the best location to visit and live the real Italy. It offers great outdoor activities: rafting, free climbing, parachuting, biking, and much more. Gorgeous local food and local products, from extra virgin olive oil to truffle, wine, pasta and salami and cold pork meat. Some links: The 40-square-meters flat is located near the train and bus station and the city centre, in a quiet and green area of the city, from which it’s easy and quick to go out for excursions. There are two big supermarkets and everything you can need at a short walking distance. It is in a rural style, full furnished with equipped kitchen, bathroom (with shower), sofa bed, big table, TV and fireplace.
