Here it gives about 5000 mq fenced park & FOREST,with pinien and palms etc.crossed by the river sea-lagoon of orbetello, habitat for fishes as basses,eel ,perch,goldperch ,wolfperch, etc. Only approximately 250 meters to the famous beach Feniglia (8km.long) The villa is the last point one there by the car can reach. Then farther it is only on foot or by the bicycle. The entrance to the national park is removed only 50 ms from the villa. There are many different animal species deer to see wild boars as well as many other wild animals ca. 450 to the lagoon( rosa flamingo, which build their nest in the lagoon like in Africa). It is a Prominent (VIP) area too. the Beach Feniglia is all sandy with pine and oak trees. There are no roads , as it is one big national park and you can only drive there with a bicycle or walk trough it. The Feniglia beach connects the little village ANSEDONIA with Porto Ercole on the Monte> Argentario island. The villa has 7 bedrooms all with large windows> and beautiful views. There are 3 complete kitchens with dishwasher, clothe washer large stove with oven and a spacious fri dge. The villa is divided into 4 apartments> but we rent it only , . On each floor there is a balcony and on the top there is a roof top terrace with stunning views. 5 bedrooms have double beds, two bedrooms come with 2 twins each that can be joined to form a double bed. There is a sofa bed available and on request 2 extra beds can be ordered (paid extra). The bedroom on the top floor has Air Condition. This villa is a great home base for groups with up to 18 persons to explore one of the nicest parts of theTuscany coast. From Rome Airport there is a direct train line to Orbetello. There are fast trains every hour. It wont take more than 90 minutes to reach the airport. Even with a car you have a four lane highway that leads right into the centre of Rome. This makes villa paradisino perfect even for someone who wants to travel without a car. You can take a train up to PISA, LUCCA, FLORENCE, VENICE and AREZZO. This villa has 4 bathrooms WITH a shower cabin, . All have a sink, a WC and a bidet.If you are interested in the Tuscan beaches there is are several different types to choose from. The beaches close to the house are all large and sandy, perfect with kids. If you drive 8 km to the Monte Argentario Island you find the beaches more rocky with cliffs and small sandy bays perfect for snorkelling in crystal clear water. Description:Bolsena is a delightful little town overlooking the eastern banks of the lake of the same name, on the Via Cassia 100 kms north of Rome, in the province of Viterbo. This part of Italy is full in history and local traditions, and immersed in rich, and largely unpolluted, natural surroundings. The clear waters of Lake Bolsena belong to the largest lake in Europe with volcanic origins. nAntica Posta stands in the town just outside the walls of the castle, and for a long time it was a postal station for the changing of the horses and a resting place for travellers along the Via Cassia. During the recent renovation it was equipped with the latest modern comforts, whereas the furnishings, original pieces from the beginning of the 1900s, suit the special architecture of the villa. nIn the garden next to the villa they have made a private swimming-pool for guests, and on the lawn alongside there is a large gazebo with tables and chairs. Description:Centuries ago a lookout tower and garrison for soldiers with an eye out for Barbaresque pirates, this panoramically placed complex has recently become a unique residence for guests wishing to enjoy history in comfort and the timeless pleasure of gazing out to sea. To the right the sensuous curves of the island of Elba, to the left the long sand beach and pine forest buffer to roads leading to Rome. Set on a rocky peninsula to protect the nearby castle, the complex once consisted of barracks, oven house, watchtower, chapel, well and sentry box and was reached only by mule-track. Now you can drive (slowly) up a gravel road to its 21st century comforts. nThe barracks is now a spacious living / dining room with high beamed ceilings, a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a large table for 8 and wonderful views out all of the side windows. There is a cloakroom off the dining area and, behind a sliding wooden door, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine. The double wooden doors off the living area lead out to the former oven-house, now converted into separate bedroom suites, a twin bedroom with shower room and a double bedroom with bathroom. Up the original staircase and across the drawbridge of the dramatic cylindrical tower you come to a round living area with a fireplace, comfortable cushioned chairs and a wooden chest that ingeniously hides a sink, hobs and fridge for those late nights when tower dwellers do not feel like a outdoor walk to the kitchen. Downstairs there is a small bedroom made up either as bunk beds for two children or as a single adult bedroom with ensuite shower room. Up the sweeping iron staircase is a wonderful top-of-the-tower double bedroom with outstanding views and an ensuite shower room. As in all of the rooms there are bright fabrics and attractive country furniture throughout. Just beyond the tower is a terrace whose views to the Tyrrhenian Sea and Tuscan archipelago are uninterrupted and inspiring, the perfect place to watch the sunset or fix your own seaside dinner, thanks to the convenient small kitchen in the old chapel off the terrace. And one last surprise, what looks like the nearby well is actually a Jacuzzi, whose mosaic tiles will sparkle in the light of the moon. nThough the watery horizon may hold you to your cliff-top, there are many good reasons to venture away. Description:La Casa Beatrice is situated in the vicinity of Porto Rafael on a unspoiled stretch of coast, where its natural state is intact and wild, it is an isolated house with only one neighbour, a few metres from the water, in surrounding countryside that has no equal in Sardinia or even in the Mediterranean area as a whole. A country road leads from the main road to the house, shaded parking is provided. The house lies high on the cliff and is surrounded by rocks and a variety of plants, such as myrtle, juniper, ilex and strawberry trees. From the front of the house, you can gaze at the islands of Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, and Santo Stefano, and, in the distance, the mountain peaks of Corsica. The descent to the sea takes about 7 minutes. It is a lovely walk through the mediterranean macchia (bushes). There are wonderful walks to be had along the coast.
