San John's cathedral (the 2° biggest church of Rome) is at just 300m. You have the bus stop station under the house. Take bus n°81 or 810 to reach Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, San Pietro Chapel, Vatican Museums. If you need to reach Termini train station take bus n°16. If you comes from Fiumicino airport you can take the train directly from Fiumicino and you can get off at Tuscolana station. From there you can take bus n° 412 or n° 16 for just 3 stops or you can walk home (about 350 m). From Ciampino airport you can easily reach the apartment taking a bus to Anagnina Metro A station and from there take the metro and get off at S.Giovanni stop station. The metro A stop station (S.Giovanni metro stop) is at just 250m from the apartment. You can also walk to the centre. It just takes 20 minutes by feet to reach Colosseum(2 km) and just 8 min to reach San John's cathedral . In the area you can find also S.Maria Maggiore Church ( the 3° biggest church) at just 1.3 km. Description:Charming Bed and Breakfast of design , located on the sixth floor of a building in the heart of Africa neighborhood, a five minute walk from Main Street (where you can reach the bus to Termini Station and Piazza Venezia but also other sites of interest) and Viale Libia (Ideal for a few hours of shopping spree). The apartment was completely renovated following the dictates of contemporary design, but without sacrificing the warmth and color that makes a bed and breakfast different from a hotel room: the result is elegant and comfortable 4 rooms all with private bathrooms, and furnished in shades of green and wenge. Four little gems where you can relax feeling at home. To complete our Bed and Breakfast and make it an ideal place to stay, is the breakfast room that offers the opportunity to meet and socialize with other guests, perhaps in front of a good cup of steaming coffee. The two SMART rooms (that you are looking at) look at the courtyard of the building and while one has a shower pan, the other has a bathroom. You can have separate beds or double bed, with the addition of a third bed. Both Loggia rooms are equipped with a double bed, double shower and a delightful panoramic private balcony, which overlooks Via Scirè, furnished with table, chairs and plants. Ideal if you're a couple looking for romance or if you are smoker (smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel). Bed and Breakfast di Charme , situato al sesto piano di un palazzo signorile nel cuore del quartiere Africano, a cinque minuti a piedi da Via Nomentana (da dove si possono raggiungere con i bus sia la Stazione Termini che piazza Venezia e i siti di interesse artistico ed archeologico) e da Viale Libia (Ideale per qualche ora di shopping frenato). L’ appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato seguendo i dettami del design contemporaneo, ma senza rinunciare al calore e al colore che rendono un bed and breakfast diverso da un qualsiasi hotel: il risultato sono 4 stanze eleganti e confortevoli tutte dotate di bagno privato, ed arredate nei toni del verde e del wengè. Quattro piccoli gioielli dove rilassarvi sentendovi a casa. A completare il nostro Bed and Breakfast e a renderlo un luogo di soggiorno ideale, è la sala colazione che offre l’occasione per conoscere gli altri ospiti e socializzare, magari davanti ad una buona tazza di caffè fumante. Le due Camere Loggia sono dotate di letto a due piazze, di doccia matrimoniale panoramica e di un delizioso balconcino privato, che si affaccia su Via Scirè, arredato con tavolo, sedie e simpatiche piante sempreverdi. Description:The house is situated in a quiet street, just steps from Viale Guglielmo Marconi, a long street connecting with the Trastevere Area district of Eur modern, full of businesses that make it a point of reference for the city shopping.In addition Trastevere district, one of the most vivid and characteristic of the city, every Sunday held the traditional Portaportese market.The area is well connected with many bus stop in just a few minutes to historic center.Easily accessible from the airports of the city.The house, completely indipendent, is on second floor of the building, small ,but extremely comfortable, consisting of one room with double bed, kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking and bathroom with shower (also available hair dryer) equipped with air conditioning, can also be used for heating in winter,tv and internet wi fi and provides guests linen/bed sheets.It’s a very good solution for both holiday stays, for study or work and you can stay for short or long period.... more info >>
