Description:The area of Garbatella has been built in the late 1920s/early 1930s drawing inspiration from the garden city movement in the UK, because of this it retains a lot of green areas a distinct architectural feel. Our apartment is located in one of the historical 'lotti' and allows for a unique experience in one of the few areas of Rome that still offers a homely feel, with old ladies looking out of the windows at their grandchildren who are playing soccer in the court. The apartment has been recently renovated and is composed of a large living room with a sofa bed and the possibility of adding two more beds and, a master bedroom and the office (that will stay locked). There is also a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bath tub. The apartment has a surface of approximately 900 square feet (85 square meters) and has very high ceilings (over 12 feet/3.8 m) On the top floor of the building you can enjoy the communal terrace that will provide you with a great place to sip a glass of wine at sunset. The area offers a great night life: in the radius of a three minute walk there are at least 4 restaurants that are worth the visit, a theatre and an underground club.
