Description:Comfortable, Cozy and Large! This flat is located on the third floor of an elegant building. It is ideal for 7 people, with a spacious living room, complete with dining table, double sofa bed, an elegant bookcase, and another sofa. There are two bedrooms, both large and with Queen size beds, one with a sofa bed for one person, and the second one with a walk-in closet. There's one bathroom that has both an independent shower and a bathtub, besides the washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove that has 4 burners, an electric oven, a fridge with individual freezer, a dishwasher and even a small table to have a fast breakfast. As extra utilities, this lovely flat includes air conditioning, a washing machine, its own heating system, radio, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. All our guest have loved to stay here, not just because of the view that they enjoyed from the living room windows, but also because they felt more than welcomed, easily helped by us! The neighborhood is a very busy, with lots of shops, groceries, banks, small supermarkets. There's a subway stop quite close by, and you can easily walk along all the streets and go to Termini, or the Colosseum. Dinner service if required at home also in-home dinner service with plus 10% on list if asked to alessandro or me. if possible bicycles full rent for all stay or fractionated. price will be around 10€ per day. around 100mt / ft from the house, tabacchi store late opened, bar, pubs, ( freni e frizioni ) ice creams, clothes, stok shoes and particular shoes, a lot of nice girls walking... the house has soundproof windows... during the night . there is not a lift. frigobar service on request. play station 3. tv plasma 32 wifi yes. long one of the best positions for who like a bit of confusion and move comfortably on foot having everything at hand, including the most important sites.. Andrea Della Valle ( near, almost in front of a big church ) walk bak ( walking in the direction from which you came), turn first left in Corso Rinascimento, ( you leave the church on your back, see the fontain) walk until a bus stop - remain in the same side - wait for little electrical bus 116 take it ( with the same ticket )and go down at the third stop, just at the corner of via Giulia infront of Ponte Sisto ( bridge sisto ) and walk. across the bridge and stay in old trastevere, square trilussa. SECOND TRIP, bus 46 or 64 to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, stop at Argentina in a square ( in front of feltrinelli is a books shop ) - across the square and follow the railroads and take tram number 8 and go down at the second stop in Square Sidney Sonnino than on you right ( with the bridge at the back ) you walk in trastevere... SECOND trip B type if wants to arrive till trastevere with wheels continues on tram 8 until a big palace called ( ministero della pubblica istruzione (( public instructions ))) go down and take on the left side on way, number 125 till via garibaldi... if continue on it, this circular 125 after passing on lungo tevere, back on the same point secon time and pass through via della scala - vicolo del cinque ( hart of trastevere ) from fiumicino there are train till station trastevere, than take tram 8 till - continue like up described consider, you will come from the opposit from this trip.... more info >>
