THE BUILDING & THE NEIGHBORHOOD The building is a freshly renovated 1900's typical roman building, with a large and elegant entrance with door man, two elevators and red carpet on the stairs. The neighborhood is residential and green and you will find everything you need in the surroundings : restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and an excellent bakery are just around the corner! THE APARTMENT The apartment has one large double bed room, a full equipped american kitchen, a hall, a dining room and lounge, a corridor and a bathroom. The apartment is naturally enlighted during the day by three big windows that give to a tree lined road. THE BEDROOM The bedroom in Provencal style have a king size bed, with excellent quality latex mattress, two exceptional 1950's chairs, mahogany closet and bedside taples. THE LIVING ROOM It is an open space with a dining area and a sitting room side. Dining has american style with big lunch counter. Lounge area has a cosy confortable couch and an armchair, with a beautiful vintage table will make your stay relaxing and stylish. The living room has a wide screen TV with italian and international channels, DVD/CD player, audio amplifier, internet wifi with a mac workspace. THE KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to make a perfect diner after your exhausting day : a vitroceramic cooktop, electric oven, a microwave oven, laundry, dishwasher, iron and iron board and an integrated fridge with freezer as well as dishes, pans, cups and glasses that matches the colours. THE BATHROOM Finally, a huge shower in a white marble bathroom, wc, bidet, washbasin with a professional hair dryer. Description:Attic bi level of approx 40mq internal and 70mq of terraces, with an amazing view of San Pietro. It is at the 4th and last floor of a little building behind San Pietro. At the main floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and big panoramic terrace. Upstairs: little double bedroom and panoramic terrace with shower and sun beds. Air cond, Flat Tv Screen 42', home cinema, movies, ADSL wi fi will do comfortable your stay at home. On the same builging are 2 other apartments are available (Open Space San Pietro and Attico San Pietro, with 11 beds more) San Pietro is at 200 mt and all historical centre is at walking distance. YOU DON'T NEED METRO In answer to the bad review, to better inform you: Arrived without payment code, I needed to contact the customer service to get it. Bad comunication: he left a negative review but I were not advice about any problem during his stay, and something written by him was not true, for example: Tv upstairs is working and simple the cord was moved in a box nearby, he stayed 3 nights, not 4, and the towels were 4, not 3, I use to furnish 1 big and 1 medium towels for each people, I use a professional laundry service, linen and towels are the same he furnishes to 4 stars hotel, not possible they were dirty. I did not ask any refundable deposit as written in the agreement, and probably for this reason no news about check out,that they did by theirself without any notify.
