Bad comunication: he left a negative review but I were not advice about any problem during his stay, and something written by him was not true, for example: Tv upstairs is working and simple the cord was moved in a box nearby, he stayed 3 nights, not 4, and the towels were 4, not 3, I use to furnish 1 big and 1 medium towels for each people, I use a professional laundry service, linen and towels are the same he furnishes to 4 stars hotel, not possible they were dirty. I did not ask any refundable deposit as written in the agreement, and probably for this reason no news about check out,that they did by theirself without any notify. The apartment is in a pleasant residential neighborhood (called Esquilino, one of the seven hills) yet just a short walk from the Termini train station, where you will arrive if you take the express train from Fiumicino Airport or arrive on a long distance train. A big and convenient supermarket is just 100 meters away on the same street. Right downstairs is an excellent bakery and on the corner is a popular restaurant. Other restaurants, shops, caffés, and gelato shops are nearby. Besides being very convenient for walking to many tourists spots, the apartment is ideally situated for using public transportation. It's just 100 meters to the Metro A line, or a short walk to many bus and tram lines. It's a ten minute walk to Termini station and the Metro B line. From the Termini station you can take the express train to the Fiumicino airport. The apartment is on the third floor, with a lift in the building. Description:Comfortable, Cozy and Large! This flat is located on the third floor of an elegant building. It is ideal for 7 people, with a spacious living room, complete with dining table, double sofa bed, an elegant bookcase, and another sofa. There are two bedrooms, both large and with Queen size beds, one with a sofa bed for one person, and the second one with a walk-in closet. There's one bathroom that has both an independent shower and a bathtub, besides the washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove that has 4 burners, an electric oven, a fridge with individual freezer, a dishwasher and even a small table to have a fast breakfast. As extra utilities, this lovely flat includes air conditioning, a washing machine, its own heating system, radio, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. All our guest have loved to stay here, not just because of the view that they enjoyed from the living room windows, but also because they felt more than welcomed, easily helped by us! The neighborhood is a very busy, with lots of shops, groceries, banks, small supermarkets. There's a subway stop quite close by, and you can easily walk along all the streets and go to Termini, or the Colosseum.
