Description:Recently restructured and tastefully refurnished, this quiet, bright, luxury apartment is located on the second floor of an early 20th century palazzo. The flat is entirely decorated with bespoke modern furnishings such as top quality marble floors, leather headboards and double glazed windows framed in lacquered wood, all of which offer the utmost in comfort. The apartment is also served by state of the art gas, electricity and water systems. The spacious living area is furnished with an antique wooden table, an LCD flat screen television, a double sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and two single sofa beds. The separate kitchen area is furnished in a modern functional style and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave oven. The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and the other supplied with two large single beds (120 cm x 190 cm). in total, the flat has two bathrooms, both finished in pink marble, one of which contains a Jacuzzi. The autonomous central heating system means the temperature of the apartment can be controlled by its occupants, while the boiler provides a continuous supply of hot water. The apartment may also be air conditioned with the temperature of each room being controlled separately. In order to ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest that this apartment is used for a maximum of 6 people (using the double sofa bed in the sitting room). Nevertheless, in special circumstances, on request it is possible to sleep a further two guests on the single sofa beds in the sitting room. Our AP38 SPAGNA DELUXE 2 and AP39 SPAGNA DELUXE 3 apartments, which can sleep up to 4 and up to 5 people respectively, are also located in the same palazzo. It is thus possible for groups or families who wish to visit Rome together whilst nevertheless retaining their independence and privacy to rent two or all three of these apartments together. Description:Located on the third floor of an elegant palazzo (with lift) in the centre of Rome, this large spacious apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, thus ensuring that its guests remain completely undisturbed by noise at night. All the rooms are elegantly furnished and fitted with all mod cons. The sitting room has two sofas, a dining table and satellite television and is decorated with numerous paintings. Indeed the considerable number of paintings with which the apartment is decorated gives the whole flat an intimate, familiar atmosphere. Both the spacious bedrooms are fitted with double beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and Jacuzzi. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and everything necessary to prepare and eat meals at home. The apartment can sleep four guests without having to use sofa bed facilities in common areas, although, if necessary, a fifth person may sleep on the sofa bed in the sitting room.
