The ride takes about 6 minutes and follows the shore past beautiful villas, condos and resorts. Buses run every 10 minutes or simply flag down any one of the 1000 's of taxis that continually drive by. The balcony runs the length of the condo and provides a magnificent, 180 degree panoramic view. The master bedroom and main living area are both open onto the balcony. In certain seasons you will see dolphins and whales in the beautiful blue-green water. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest room, which upon advance request can be put together to provide a second king size bed. The villa boasts a 1,400 sq. foot sun terrace with outstanding 360-degree views, comfortable sun beds, shade umbrellas, outdoor tables, a private heated pool, tiled Jacuzzi, and a pool bar. Another 1,300 sq. foot terrace is a roof garden, or Terraza Mirador. It also has 360-degree views and is the perfect location for weddings and special events (available only by pre-arrangement for events for a supplementary fee). Rental of the villa also includes the services of the staff: Chef, Sous-chef, waiter/houseman, housemaid, and English-speaking villa hostess. nWithout a doubt, one of the focal points of any stay at this villa is the supreme, mouth-watering cuisine. The dining room at the villa offers an unparalleled dining ambience with breathtaking views, candlelight, and an amazing, specially designed, handmade iron and tile dining table to comfortably seat 16 people. Outside our front door is the beautiful Romantic Zone with quaint Mexican buildings along cobblestone streets, outdoor cafes and many of the best restaurants in the area, internet cafes, nightclubs, galleries, and shops, as well as quaint outdoor stalls with locals selling their wares. We are right next to a beautiful Mexican plaza. Out the back door, past the ocean-front swimming pool surrounded by lounges, tables and deck chairs, is our building's private beach area.Most of the Puerto Vallarta listings require you to take a cab everywhere. Ours is an easy stroll to most everything. Our condo is elegant and decorated in traditional Mexican style with colorful tiles and Mexican art and crafts with all the modern amenities, including a colorfully tiled and modern fully-supplied gourmet kitchen. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets and direct ocean views from our private terrace. Whales & dolphins play in the water in front of the terrace. The French doors open so that the living room and terrace become one room, open to the ocean breezes.Our air-conditioned condo has a telephone with free local calls, high-speed WIFI internet, 2 TVs with stations in English covering all US networks, CNN, etc., VHS/DVD player, stereo radio/cd/cassette player, & ceiling fans.
