This beautiful house is nestled within a gated community just 3 miles away from Disney World, and located near many other popular attractions in Orlando! Our villa offers 2000 s.f. of air-conditioned living & play space, with newly tiled floors, new furniture, lovely decorations, and much more. The villa has 5 bedrooms (two suites), 3 full bathrooms, and a private pool. These rooms are fully furnished with 2 brand new king beds and 1 queen bed, plus 4 twin beds and hideaway beds and crib. Our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and beddings for winter and summer. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and other cooking and dinning utensils. There is also a gas grill for BBQ on pool side. Other amenities include flat screen TVs, high speed internet access, game tables, and pool toys. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage. After a long day at the parks, relax by the pool (can be heated). Patio furniture is provided. The pool is fitted with a child safety fence and is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allow the sunshine in.
