Description:Want to look at the Ocean in Del Mar, and Torrey Pines Golf Course? Then rent my/your fully furnished 2bd/2ba home or rent 1bedroom in Del Mar. Walk to Torrey Pines Reserve, beaches, restaurants and only a mile, and a $10 taxi into the Village of Del Mar for shopping, dining, music. RENT 1 room with King bed=$80/night. RENT 2 rooms get 2 King beds=$150/night. Minimum 2 nights either way. I live in the home if 1 room rented. Big ocean view deck with lounges, chairs, bbq, etc. Living room has ocean views, wood beamed ceilings, and a dining table you can use for work, or read from next to the fireplace. Open living room & kitchen with marble countertops, island bar with bar stools, and plenty of cabinet space for your needs. All kitchen utensils, and bathroom needs are here, so bring your toothbrush and move in! The couch can be slept on, as it's big. Are you between homes, changes in life? Rent either 1bdrm or the whole 2bd/2ba home for 2 nights minimum. One bdrm is $80/night and sleeps two in a King, or two bdrms is $150/night, and 2nd room(Master) sleeps 2 in a King. Rent for 1-2 weeks for: 1bd=$500/wk, or 2bds=$1,000/wk. I stay in the home, master, if only 1bd is rented. This is a 2bdrm home that I live in, no pets sorry. Month to month rent of 1bdrm is ok, with 2 month minimum, at $1,300/mo with $2,600 cash, money order, cashiers check due prior to moving in. I don't rent 2 rooms for $80/night, it's $150/night for the home. Extra bedroom has: King bed that faces West, chest of drawers, night stand, all in expensive light colored wood. Double mirrored closet doors. Your private bathroom is across the hall, shower only. Both carport & 24/7 street parking. Home has Time Warner cable TV with 900 channels, hi speed wi-fi. Rent includes all utilities. A bit about me: I'm a single male, straight, no drama, no kids or animals, ex-wives. Do go out for, Taco Tuesday, Martini Wednesday, Wine Thursday, dance on weekends. I put on the Golf ParTee after the Farmer's Golf Tourney, Sat-Jan 28. You'll save $ dining, drinking, etc with all my connections around Del Mar and San Diego. Monthly, $1,300 includes rent, all utilities: Electric, water/trash pick-up, and cable/wi-fi. And there are men's/women's golf clubs for use.
