The apartment consists of a living/dining/kitchen area from which a staircase leads to the sleeping gallery, bathroom with the shower cabin, and a balcony. There are two double beds on the gallery and two sofa beds in the living area. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a TV, Wi Fi connection in the apartment. There is a parking place in front of the building, and there is also a moor in front of the house, if you have a boat or would like to rent one. Description:Villa is located in Dubrovnik Riviera in a small, peaceful village Mlini, 9 km from Dubrovnik, in the small picturesque harbour in the center of the village. The house is surrounded with palms and pine trees, and other beautiful Mediterranean plants and flowers. There is a wonderful sea view from the house. The main beach of Mlini is at only 100m distance, but there are several beautiful beaches surrounded by pine woods, very close to the villa. The house has 2 rooms en suite and 2 apartments. All accommodation units are air conditioned, fully equipped and tastefully decorated, and have a sea view. Each unit has its own entrance, ensuring full privacy for our guests. The double room has a double bed, an additional single bed, bathroom en suite and a balcony. A lounge with a SAT television, suitable for parlour games, can also be used. The house has central heating making it possible to stay during the whole year. There is a possibility to make use of a washing machine. A grill is also at your disposal. Half board, breakfast or any other meal option are available on request, as well as airport transfer. Many sand, pebble and hidden rocky beaches, together with cosy restaurants, cafe bars and low traffic make this place a perfect vacation choice whether you plan to arrive with your family or friends. Several restaurants, cafe bars, supermarkets, a post office are all located in the center of Mlini and within several minutes walking distance from your accommodation. Medical care, pharmacy and a bank are located in Srebreno, only 10 minutes walk from Villa Alegria. Regular bus and boat service enables you to visit Dubrovnik, Cavtat or the Elafiti Islands as often as you chose. Location description In former times the place was known for its water mills ('Mlini' means 'Mills') because many brooks and streams enabled their use. The brooks with many small falls still pass through the place and are today inhabited by innumerable ducks. These streams, rich Mediterranean vegetation and typical Dalmatian buildings make Mlini to a wonderful, picturesque place. During your stay you should also visit the Church of St. Hilarius (1449) and the Chapel of St. Roch which are both in the vicinity of the beach. Remains of Roman buildings can be found on the way to Cavtat. Mlini is part of the touristic resort of Dubrova ka upa. Beaches, cafes, restaurants and many other touristic offers are available. Ideal is the vicinity to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (the local buses pass every 30 minutes).
