The house is newly built and consists of several apartments and rooms. The sea is just across the road and there is a very nice view of the sea and the marina from the apartment. The room has a double bed and a bathroom with shower cabin en suite. The room is air-conditioned. There is a parking place in front of the building, and there is also a moor in front of the house. The bus stop is near the house, which makes going to Dubrovnik very easy.
