Description:This self catering studio apartment is located on the second floor of the two storey apartment building in the part of Dubrovnik called Mokošica, at the distance of 5km from Dubrovnik, very near the Dubrovnik Marina. The house is newly built and consists of several apartments and rooms. The sea is just across the road and there is a very nice view of the sea and the marina from the apartment. The apartment consists of a living/dining/kitchen area from which a staircase leads to the sleeping gallery, bathroom with the shower cabin, and a balcony. There are two double beds on the gallery and two sofa beds in the living area. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a TV, Wi Fi connection in the apartment. There is a parking place in front of the building, and there is also a moor in front of the house, if you have a boat or would like to rent one. The bus stop is near the house, which makes going to Dubrovnik very easy. There are shops, sports facilities and restaurant in the close vicinity. Description:The apartment is located in part of Dubrovnik called Montovjerna, which is a small hill with residential houses at the 15 min walk from the old city. It is in a quite side street, and the apartments of the house are protected from the city noise by surrounding thick stone walls and inner yard. The house has 6 similar apartments, all having a nice view of the hills around Dubrovnik to the north of the city, and of beautiful pine trees in the city bellow the hill. When you enter the house, there is an inner yard from which all 6 apartments have their respective entrances. The two person studio (there are two apartments of this size) consists of one space in which there is a high quality double bed, dining table and the kitchen niche. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace with a nice view. For your convenience, there is a small shop just next to the main entrance to the house. Down the hill, at the distance of 300m, there is the first beach. Several other beaches are reachable by a short bus ride. There are several hotels, many restaurants, cafes and shops in this part of Dubrovnik, and the old city is easy to reach. This is a very nice place where from you can easily explore different parts of Dubrovnik and its surroundings. There is a TV and Wi Fi internet connection, and a parking place in front of the house.
