Description:Villa is located in Dubrovnik Riviera, in the hill above the peaceful village Mlini, 8 km from Dubrovnik, on the road Dubrovnik Cavtat. The villa is a small family run business with two apartments and 10 rooms. There is a wonderful sea view from the terraces, balconies and garden belonging to the property. The main beach of Mlini is at 400 m distance, but there are several beautiful beaches surrounded by pine woods, not far from the villa. These double rooms of villa Rustica are located on the first floor and each have a double bed or two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Additional equipment includes use of owner’s computer, free internet access. The guests can use the summer kitchen located on the bottom floor, fully equipped and terrace with beautiful sea view. Breakfast is possible. There is a private parking place in front of the property. Many sand, pebble and hidden rocky beaches, together with cosy restaurants, and cafe bars make this place a perfect vacation choice whether you plan to arrive with your family or friends. Several restaurants, cafe bars, supermarkets, a post office are all located in the centre of Mlini and within several minutes walking distance from your accommodation. The main beach of Mlini is at only 100m distance, but there are several beautiful beaches surrounded by pine woods, very close to the villa. The house has 2 rooms en suite and 2 apartments. All accommodation units are air conditioned, fully equipped and tastefully decorated, and have a sea view. Each unit has its own entrance, ensuring full privacy for our guests. The double room has a double bed, an additional single bed, bathroom en suite and a balcony. A lounge with a SAT television, suitable for parlour games, can also be used. Description:The apartment is located in part of Dubrovnik called Montovjerna, which is a small hill with residential houses at the 15 min walk from the old city. It is in a quite side street, and the apartments of the house are protected from the city noise by surrounding thick stone walls and inner yard. The house has 6 similar apartments, all having a nice view of the hills around Dubrovnik to the north of the city, and of beautiful pine trees in the city bellow the hill. When you enter the house, there is an inner yard from which all 6 apartments have their respective entrances. The two person studio (there are two apartments of this size) consists of one space in which there is a high quality double bed, dining table and the kitchen niche. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace with a nice view. For your convenience, there is a small shop just next to the main entrance to the house. Down the hill, at the distance of 300m, there is the first beach. Several other beaches are reachable by a short bus ride. There are several hotels, many restaurants, cafes and shops in this part of Dubrovnik, and the old city is easy to reach. This is a very nice place where from you can easily explore different parts of Dubrovnik and its surroundings. There is a TV and Wi Fi internet connection, and a parking place in front of the house.
