Each bedroom sleeps two. There's a trundlebed in the living area that sleeps two more. Sleeps 8 or more on aerobeds and the couch...up to 11 or 12. This is a 3 bedroom main residence and a detached loft guesthouse. You can rent either one...or you can rent both houses together. The main residence can be partitioned so you can either rent one, two or all three bedrooms in the house (all are with private entrances). It's in a great location just east of Abbot Kinney, on one of the prettiest streets in Venice. It's a 15 20 minute delightful stroll through the scenic canals to the beach, and it's within walking distance to shops and fine dining. All bedrooms have TVs, wireless internet, and cable. All linens and towels, beach towels and taxes are included. There's plenty of street parking and there's an additional parking space available in the alley. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
