Description:Welcome to our home! We are conveniently located in Sandwich, MA on Cape Cod just over the Sagamore Bridge. Available to you is our Blue Room, one of four private bedrooms in my home. Located on the second floor, this space shares a full bathroom with the other guest rooms. There is also a half bath on the main floor for guest use. There is plenty of space to park in the driveway. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Town Neck Beach and less than 10 minutes to the beautiful East Sandwich and Sandy Neck Beaches. We are only 1 hour from Boston and 1 hour from Providence. Your stay includes a lovely home made continental breakfast. Beach chairs and beach gear are available. Also if you or any one in your group is interested in golf or tennis I can make arrangements for play at Ballymeade Country Club, a semi private club located just 20 minutes away in Falmouth. *Please note the rate is $240 per night for 4 private bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a neighborhood playground with swings, slides, and new play areas for the kids to enjoy. The house has an updated stainless kitchen with gas cooking, soap stone counter seating and open floor plan to living room with fireplace and cable tv. Description:Our guest house has two loft style floors, with a pull out full bed and a twin bed downstairs, and a full futon and king sized bed upstairs. It has wifi and cable, as well as air conditioning. It's about a 4-5 minute drive from the boat in Vineyard Haven, and you can get to a variety of beaches very easily and quickly. You'll also have your own small brick patio complete with furniture and your very own charcoal grill. We provide the charcoal! You'll have a parking spot in a spacious drive way. Description:Our lovely hilltop antique is located in an historic, quiet, neighborhood approximately a mile from the village of Hyannis and the main ferry port. Main street Hyannis is where you'll find all kinds of restaurants, galleries, cafes, bars & clubs, clothing & gift shops, book stores, library, museums, the town green, etc. We are also within walking distance to 2 (non-surf) beaches. We normally have 3-4 bedrooms available for guests, (king, queen, twins & single), and are here to host your stay. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The house, deck, yard, woods and kitchen (for storing foods/beverages, and preparing light meals), are yours to enjoy. 2 friendly, short-haired kitty-cats also share this house with everyone (but for your comfort, we keep them out of the guest bedrooms and dining area). Plenty of parking is available in our driveway and on our dead-end street. We are music/writing/art loving people... sponsoring house concerts and workshops - even some impromptu ones! Please ask about our up-coming events when considering a request for reservation. We'll have breakfast goodies for you each morning. Coffee/hot water for tea is normally ready by 7:30 am. Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns such as allergies, etc. We also enjoy healthy, organic-food (matched with a good wine!), locally produced products and produce, and invite you to dine with us should it be that we all stay in for dinner. Beverages and treats in the afternoon? Of course! The basic price is $85 in spring, beginning in late April, (for the first room - with either 1 or 2 people). In June the rate per room (for the first 2 people) will be $95. In July - August the rates will rise again. The per person charge of $55 (after the first 2 people) is for groups of 3 or more (up to 7 max) people traveling together. There is also a $15 fee added for our cleaning. When requesting to reserve, please send information about your self, your group or family. We cannot accept your reservation without a profile. We very much welcome parents with babies (we've had a few!) and well behaved children - however - please keep in mind that our house is antique and not suitable for the highly active child that still likes to run around inside. As for pets, since we have 2 kitties, we are unable to host additional pets as our guys prefer not to argue about who owns the space!
