Description:This picture perfect cottage we call The Moxie is literally on the water 's edge. Originally built in the 1920 's before Maine waterfront homes had to be set back off the water 's edge by 70 feet. Completely renovated in 2006 down to the studs. Very upscale interior package even includes beautiful cherry wood floors and granite countertops. It is located in the Sheepscot River Inn Resort, across the water is Wiscasett Village which is considered to be Maine 's prettiest village. Take a walk across the bridge to eat at famous Red 's Eat and Sarah 's Cafe for great dining, local Maine Ale & of course lobster rolls! Very short drive to Booth Bay Harbor, Freeport, Darmiscotta, Camden, Rockland, Rockport, Bath or Brunswick. Very centrally located. Bring your bikes, kayaks and swimsuits. There is a clubouse with heated pool and hot tub & FREE wifi at visitor 's center. The Moxie cottage has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. One room has a queen bed and its own TV dvd player and water views. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sofa sleeper is a queen . There is a washer and dryer to do laundry in bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, minifridge, coffee pot, hotplate and convection oven. There is also a private grill and picnic table overlooking the water for those who want to steam lobsters, grill burgers, hot dogs, etc. The Moxie is a calm, quiet and relaxing getaway! n nThe Moxie even has air conditioning for the handful of days in Maine that require it! :) n nTalk or text me right now @ 207.522.6121 - thanks!!!
