The nice area under the house has a swing, outside sink ,grill and picnic table, all for outside dining enjoyment. This home enters into the foyer from a covered porch with seating( facing Palmetto Blvd). The stairs to the second floor are in the foyer. A hallway to the left takes you to a full hall bath(tub/shower combo) and a bedroom with a queen size bed. This bedroom also opens into the hall bath. Beyond the foyer is the large great room, combining the living, dining, and kitchen, along with a wet bar. The owners have provided a great selection of books for your enjoyment during your stay at the beach. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen and has a sink and extra fridge. The first floor covered porch opens from the great room. Upstairs there is a large 2nd floor den with a sleeper sofa that closes off with pocket doors. The master bedroom is the the left of the den and has a king size bed. Adjacent is a large private bath with a 2 sink vanity and a jacuzzi tub/shower.
