The cottage has a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, large family bathroom with double washing basins, shower, bath, toilet and bidet, laundryroom (equipped with washer and dryer) and second toilet. By use of a fixed staircase you can access the first floor currently in use as a large third bedroom. Off street parking for several cars, south-facing terrace, horse stables and meadows on private grounds. Nearby parkland, polder, yachting facilities, manny shopping facilities within 10 minutes drive. Schiphol-airport (Amsterdam Airport) is a 45min. drive. Near monumental Amsterdam and Utrecht, accessible by public transport although as the house is set in the country side renting a car gives you more freedom. Bicycles are available at the house. House is available for long( max 24 months) and short term let, long term let price is available on request. House is also available as holiday rental at 1200 euro's per week.
