Description:A lovely newly decorated garden apartment with period features perfect for a couple or a young family. Idealy located 35 minutes into central London with public transport, and very close to major London connecting roads leading to Heatrow Airport and other parts of the UK. Surrounded by lovely parks, gardens and historical buildings coupled with shopping centres and the tourist attractions of the capital close by, makes this a great area to explore. The apartment itself has all mod cons, and is very clean and homely. The property has it's own front door and is gated. The little patio area is lovely to sit out and relax in after a day out exploring, or perhaps you would like to dine outdoors in the summer. There are also plenty of restaurents close by if you would prefer to dine out. Airport transfers can be arranged on request and all guest will recieve a welcome pack on arrival which will include information about the local area and getting around London and other parts of the UK. Description:My lovely three bedroom house has two double rooms and one single room. All the rooms have wardrobes and chest of drawers, and all linens and towels are provided. There is a shower room downstairs and the main bathroom is upstairs. There is also a lovely lounge and diner which you will have access to. The house has a garden which you are welcome to use and is really nice during the summer! Internet and cable is available. The house is a three minute walk to the station, which will take you to Liverpool Street Station within twenty five minutes. We are also close to the M25, A406 and the A10, making it easy to get around. We are also only a thirty minute drive to the London Olympic site. You will find all you need in the local area, including food shops, retails parks and great local bars and restaurants.... more info >>

Steps up to front door then enter at middle floor, wood floors, 1 double room, interior 'cream' bathroom with overbath shower, tiled floor. Down wooden stairs to tiled floor modern kitchen with table, 4 chairs (plus 2 foldup). Fridge/freezer, oven & hob, sink, washing machine, microwave. Downstairs toilet. Through to carpeted sitting room with 2 seater contemporary brown leather sofa and matching 1 armchair, coffee table, TV & DVD player. Private, enclosed rear garden off kitchen with patio and beds. Upstairs from the middle floor there is a 2nd double room and a single room, (which has a blowup matress for 2nd child if required). 'Lived in' as in our daughters paintings on fridge, clean but with scuff marks on walls, clothes in wardrobes, food in freezer etc. 10 min walk along pretty river into Enfield Town, market town with good shops, lots of eateries and English pubs and overground train regular direct trains to London Liverpool Street (30mins) or Seven Sisters (10mins) to join the underground system - 20min tube direct to Victoria Station then less mile walk to Westminster Abbey. OR 20min walk to Enfield Chase Station which has regular service to Kings Cross (30mins) or Finsbury Park (15min) to join underground. Easy access to/from Heathrow via tube or road. Free street parking available, and 10 min drive to M25 London Outer Ring Road or 20 min drive to North Circular London Ring Road. We are not in the congestion zone. There is a children's park with swings, slides etc 3 min walk, 3 pubs within 5 min walk, convenience stores 3 min walk and excellent baker and traditional butchers shop which sells organic meat, duck eggs and homemade pies! The house is in Winchmore Hill (N21), within a 20 min train ride to Central London, or drive to Wembley Stadium, Lee Valley Centre, or Stratford Stadium. Meet and greet service is available. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7/8). 2 luxury bathrooms. Modern, stylish decoration throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Large garden with gas and coal barbecue, and children's playhouse and toys. Wifi, dvd, Sky tv. Overground train station is 5-10 min walk away. We are also on a bus route which takes you to Southgate tube station in 5 minutes. Winchmore Hill is a desirable leafy suburb in North London, with a village green that has shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs around it (within walking distance of the house). There is also a lovely park (Grovelands) with a lake, cafe and children's playground which is also within walking distance. NOTE: We have 2 cats, and would prefer it if they could stay in the house and be fed by the renters. They are no trouble and have a cat flap to come in and out.
