Description:Very spacious 3 Master Suites with each their own private large bathrooms with double sinks. The home has a very large kitchen dining area with a very open floor plan. The pool is very large with a jacuzzi spa heated to your desired temperature. There is a 4th bathroom out in pool area. We live approx. 8 miles to the beaches of Boca Grande. This beach has been reffered to as a Little Nantucket and is known for attracting celebrities and past U.S. Presidents and of course we the tourists as well! The Lighthouse on Boca Grande is said to be haunted! We have seen no Ghosts as of yet! The water is crystal clear and beautiful white sandy beaches. Rotonda West is known for its many beautiful golf courses in walking distance of most homes. We also have a community park located in a State Park Like Setting. The park has Tennis Courts and walking paths and play equipment for the children. It also has a covered pavillion with picnic tables and a Grill. We also have a very large gas grille out in the Lanai area of our home. We have patio table and chairs and many lounge chairs for reading or napping in the sun poolside. The home comes with everything you would need for grilling. We have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pots and filters and pots and pans, dishes and silverware and much, much more! We are sorry to say that we do not allow pets. We are a non-smoking home as well. However you may smoke outside in the screened in Lanai area. We hope that you have a great vacation!!... more info >>

Pine Island enjoys Sanibel and Captiva as barrier islands which serves as protection from storms or the rare hurricane. St James is the name of the sleepy fishing town on the very southern tip of Pine Island where “The Island Retreat” is located and is immediately off the Southwest Coast of Florida and connected by bridge through Matlacha (pronounced: mat-lah-SHAY) to Cape Coral. Description:This rental is one of the nicest and in one of the best areas. This is our only rental, we are not an agency, we treat this as our own home. It is very nicely decorated with quality furniture, not the stuff from a garage sale or Odd lots. The home has free high speed internet. A 54 inch HD television in the great room. HBO, DVR, a 24 inch television in each bedroom. Pool faces the SW and gets sun all day and is heated at 80-85 degrees with a heat pump. There are 4 full size lounge chairs, 2 pool floats, like you would find at any fine resort. This home has all the furnishings that you would expect to find at home.
