This unit has a full kitchen wih a microwave, cable television with a DVD player, queen bed with linens, AC, heater, screen porch, yard and driveway parking. From this great mid-island location on a quiet resiential street, the beach is half a block away on an access road and the trolley stops at the end of the street so you can leave your car behind. Also, Ft. Myers is home to the Red Sox and the Twins during the spring training season. We are looking for a quiet, clean, responsible, non-smoking tenant(s) because the other half of this duplex is rented long-term to a Baptist minister.
