Description:Traditional red house on the shore of the riverside, in a tiny village surrounded by beautiful hills next to Lake Inari. In the winter, much snow and possibility to ski nordic and walking on the ice. In the summer, swimming and boating on the lake, walking in the forest, bicycle on forest roads, and so on. Airport Ivalo : 20 km. Ivalo : 10 km. Inari : 38 km. Saariselkä : 40 km. Lake Inari : 2 km. Two fireplaces and saunas. A nice place for Lappish christmas in family! Snow until the end of april. In winter, the romantic time of kaamos, when all is blue, without sun from end of november until the end of january. Northern Lights and colourful skys! Much sun and snow in march-april. In the summer, the midnight sun from may to july. In august, colourful nature with ruska. There is internet possibility also. Electric heating but you can also heat and cook with wood in the fireplaces. 600 euros by week, christmas, march, easter and july : 800 euros by week. You can hire a car at the airport of Ivalo, there's only two bus every day, except holidays. You can also hire a skiido in the winter or motorboat, or canoe, in the summer in Ivalo. Description:Just a 10-20 minute walk from the central attractions, railway and bus stations as well as the southern and western boat terminals, this 33 m2 studio in the trendy design district of Punavuori has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a tub, 1 double and 1 single bed. Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen was renovated in February 2012 and you'll find everything you need there. Despite the central location, the building is very quiet (no loud music or showering after 11 p.m is allowed). A sauna and swimming pool are available for use on Friday evenings. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The studio is spaceous for one, comfortable for two and nice even for three people. There's a small playground and a park just outside, as well as popular restaurants, trendy clubs, bars, shops and galleries. Visit the Design museum, Sinebrykoff Museum, Modern art museum Kiasma, or the museums and cinemas in Tennispalatsi, or go shopping on Iso-Roba, in Kamppi, Ruoholahti or Aleksanterinkatu - all just a few minutes away. The big warehouse you see in the street view is actually a live music venue called Nosturi 'The crain'. Other concert venues just around the corner include the Alexander theatre and Gloria, and the ones in the center are a walking distance away. Located by the sea, there's even a tiny beach just a few minutes away in Eiranranta. Description:A cute 50 m2 flat in an old Jugend house by a park. High sealing, so theres a roomy built in loft for sleeping furnished with a 120 cm futon. Good for 2, sleeping facilities for 5. Im a designer working from my home studio. So instead of a living room with sofas and tv my flat has a room with a big tabel and library and fantastic view. Wifi, kitchen, bathroom with a bath in house, laundry and the famous Bearpark Cafe downstairs. Central. Access to tram, metro taxi and busses within few hundred meters as well as marketplace and hall. Relaxed and young neighborhood, near to Swimming Stadium, Finlandia Hall, Töölö Bay and Public Sauna Arla. A Futon bed for 2 and 3 extra matresses in the house.The futon sleeps with 2 persons ant that is up stairs on an individual level built in 1m high loft. 3 extra mattresses are soft cubes like footstools, that you can unfold on the floor to sleep on. Description:The apartment is a fully furnished studio located at first floor in a quiet side street in a particularly lively and bohemian part of Helsinki, Kallio around 1 km east of the city center. Kallio is a traditionally working-class area that has seen an influx of trendy youngsters, artists and young families moving into the area. The district has many bars, restaurants and the only wood-fired public sauna in Helsinki. The park around the Töölö Bay, the Swimming Stadium with heated water pools and the Linnanmaki amusement park, the oldest and the most popular amusement park, all are within a 10-15-minutes walk from the flat. Some of the amenities include: Fully Furnished High Speed Internet Towels and Bed Linens Flat screen TV Coffeemaker Stove, no oven No dishwasher or microwave Street parking (meters 1 EUR per hour, and weekends no charge) For long-term guests also access to laundry room (washer-dryer works with coins) and a possibility to use a sauna in a building. The cottage is located on the shore of the sparkling lake, about 7 km in length. In the village Savonranta (2 km) has a shop, cafe, gas station. The shore is flat, sandy, suitable for swimming. There is a dock for boats (the boat can be used free of charge). Around - the mixed forest (berries, mushrooms). Neighbors do not. The cottage has a spacious living room with fireplace, combined with a fully equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower and sauna. Terrace overlooking the lake. In the area equipped with barbecue. You can order a transfer from St. Petersburg (330 km) or from the nearest railway / railway station Savonlinna (50 km). In Savonlinna can be reached by train from Moscow and St. Petersburg (change in Kouvola). A wonderful holiday in the winter. . 150 meters from the cottage is a ski slope Lekotti, Near the cottage is a ski trail for cross country skiing. Price for cottage: for a week - from Saturday to Saturday - 750 euros (summer) / 850 euros (winter) Weekend - Friday to Sunday - 450 euros. Description:Our apartment has the most exciting location in the bohemian and hipster district of Kallio in Helsinki downtown. Excellent public transportation options: number 1, 3, 8 and 9 trams just around the corner and 200 metres to Hakaniemi metro station. With tram it takes 10-15 minutes to the city centrum. Grocery store 30 metres away (you can actually see it from the window), one of the most popular theaters in Helsinki (Ryhmäteatteri) on the other side of the road. All the bars and pubs in the lively Kallio close by. There are also many small parks surrounding our block and a gym / swimming hall / bowling alley on the other side of the road. The Linnanmäki amusement park is also within 200 metres of walk, and the Olympic Stadium is also very near. Our apartment (60m2) is renovated and decorated with style but also with an original touch. We have lots of art in the walls and there is also a small Ateljé in the magnificent bay window area. In the apartment there is 1 bedroom with a very good futon bed (real bed), full kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher and all the equipment you might need (also fridge-freezer), a living room with large sofa (sleeps 2) and wide screen television ( dvd stereosoundsystem) and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Lots of cupboard space and linen and towels included. The apartment is on the 4th floor and NO elevator. We have a dog. Just to let you know, if you have a bad allergy etc...
