Kallio has something for everyone. The streets are brimming with a variety of bars, antique stores and cafes – more than enough to keep you entertained. If you are looking for more, however, the city centre is only a short tram, bus or metro ride away. Take your pick! With this location, Helsinki really is your oyster. Features include: - INTERNET! Newly added and ready to use via a USB modem connection. - View onto spacious courtyard - Furnished (sofa, dining table, double mattress) - Towels and bed linens - Kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans -
Coffeemaker - Oven and stove (it's a bit old and only one hotplate on the stove is usable, but it works) - Radio/CD player with iPod connectivity - Microwave - Access to laundry room (washing machine costs 1 euro, the dryer is free) - NB! Despite the photo, there is no TV. Weekday check-in and check-out is at 17:30. Weekend check-in is 12:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. TV, DVD player, CD player, - 1 bathroom with i.a. washing machine, floor heating, refurbished in 12/2011 - 2 separate toilets, both newly refurbished - Master bedroom with a super king size bed (Br.) a direct access to a balcony. - 2 further bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite. - 4th of 6 floors - fully fursnished - perfectly equipped - towels and bed linens provided SUITS ALSO WELL FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. We can provide you with high chair and changing facilites. Almost all facilites in the flat have been refurbished recently. The latest refurbishment is a family bathroom and the en-suite toilet, which were done in 12/2011 and have not been used at all yet. Flat is located in the most sought after area in Helsinki with all services, trendy restaurants and cafes just around the corner. There's a 5-minute walk to Kaivopuisto park, the embassy area of Helsinki, Kaivopuisto marina and its cafes. Two excellent playgrounds are within a 2-minute walk. There's a 7am to 11pm local supermarket across the yard, only 100 m away. Excellent connections: Trams 1, 3T, 3B (the sighseeing tram) and 10 run from stops 100 and 200 meters away. Description:Cosy flat in the design quarter in the heart of Helsinki. Residing on a boulevard (street is actually called Bulevardi) with several cafes on the same street, it's the perfect mix of intimate getaway and and the endless possibilities of the pulse of Helsinki city center. Everything you need is just a moment away. In one direction you find vintage shops, small boutiques & entertainment and in the other great dining and 2 small parks. CHECK-IN / BOOKING - when making a reservation or inquiry, if possible please include details about when you want to check in and out. APARTMENT - You rent the entire apartment which is a beautiful 2 room apartment with high ceilings and big windows. Located in the inner yard, it is also a very peaceful and safe location. SLEEPING small double bed (140cm / 48) bed linen provided at the moment sleeps two, but extra people will fit in the living room but at the moment there are no mattresses / linen available, please consider this when booking for more than 2 persons.
