Description:Room nr 1 is a 30m2 fully furnished flat with complete kitchen and funky interior to make you feel that strange but alluring Finnish vibe. It s located on the main boulevard of Kallio (Helsinginkatu 12), surrounded by the most vivid bar scene, alternative shops and ethnic restaurants in Helsinki. The tram stops at the hotel, and runs directly to the city and back. Room nr 1 is perfect if you are looking for something different to those seen one seen all downtown hotels, or if you wish to live like a local in a home like environment with the freedom and space. Room nr 1 is perfect for 1 2 persons. We got a double or a twin bed. If there are three of you, and someone is comfortable sleeping on the couch, just let us know and we will arrange an extra set of bed linen. We got a complete kitchen with stove, fridge and all kitchen utensils. And pretty much everything else you'll need from towels to TV, from WiFi to basic breakfast supplies and probably the tiniest toilet in the world. The longer you stay, the more discount you'll get. Description:The villa was built in 2004. Location right in the immediate vicinity of the lake (max 15 meters). Excellent view to Lake Saimaa. The steep slope to the beach with hot water barrel and a pier. The nearest neighbor about 70 meters, identical Ainu cottage. There is no other cabins near. All floor surfaces are inside the stone (tiled) and the heating is underfloor heating. Description:Traditional red house on the shore of the riverside, in a tiny village surrounded by beautiful hills next to Lake Inari. In the winter, much snow and possibility to ski nordic and walking on the ice. In the summer, swimming and boating on the lake, walking in the forest, bicycle on forest roads, and so on. Airport Ivalo : 20 km. Ivalo : 10 km. Inari : 38 km. Saariselkä : 40 km. Lake Inari : 2 km. Two fireplaces and saunas. A nice place for Lappish christmas in family! Snow until the end of april. In winter, the romantic time of kaamos, when all is blue, without sun from end of november until the end of january. Northern Lights and colourful skys! Much sun and snow in march-april. In the summer, the midnight sun from may to july. In august, colourful nature with ruska. There is internet possibility also. Electric heating but you can also heat and cook with wood in the fireplaces. 600 euros by week, christmas, march, easter and july : 800 euros by week. You can hire a car at the airport of Ivalo, there's only two bus every day, except holidays. You can also hire a skiido in the winter or motorboat, or canoe, in the summer in Ivalo. Description:A studio in a hippy location 10 minutes from the city centre, main railway station, beach and central park. The scandinavian style apartment is on the 2/4 floor. It consists a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, vestibule and three big windows to the surrounding park. It includes all the basic amenities (internet, kitchen appliances, wc/shower, washing machine etc. - except tv and dish washer). The apartment is rather small, best for 1-2 persons. There is a double bed and I can also provide a mattress for a third person if needed. The apartment is nice but it's bit bohemian too few moldings are missing etc. That's why it's a bit cheaper. And a cat called Emily lives here, whom i'll of course take with me when renting, but you might take it into consideration if you're super allergic. I don't smoke but I don't care if people do it here. The place is located in the heart of Kallio neighborhood, most exciting what Helsinki has to offer. Though there are countless bars nearby, the location is surprisingly silent thanks to the surrounding Torkkelinmäki park there is no pass-through traffic for example. The park is also a great place to have picnic. There's a bakery in the next building, 24/7 grocery store and metro/tram are 5 minutes away. Airport is 1/2 hour away by taxi, 40 minutes by bus and all the passenger ship terminals 15 min away. There are usually available parking places on surrounding streets and also free 24/7 parking 5 minutes away. The building was ranked #7 in the most wanted place to live in Helsinki in the of list real-estate agency Oikotie.fi, highest in the neighborhood.... more info >>
