Description:A big apartment with a balcony in walking distance from Oulu centre and a bus ride from Oulu University. The house is situated right next to a small riverside park. The apartment has two bedrooms and a workroom with a fold-out couch that sleeps two people. All in all it fits comfortably two couples and one person. If needed, an additional person can sleep on the living room sofa.
