Description:Just a 10-20 minute walk from the central attractions, railway and bus stations as well as the southern and western boat terminals, this 33 m2 studio in the trendy design district of Punavuori has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a tub, 1 double and 1 single bed. Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen was renovated in February 2012 and you'll find everything you need there. Despite the central location, the building is very quiet (no loud music or showering after 11 p.m is allowed). A sauna and swimming pool are available for use on Friday evenings. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The studio is spaceous for one, comfortable for two and nice even for three people. There's a small playground and a park just outside, as well as popular restaurants, trendy clubs, bars, shops and galleries. Visit the Design museum, Sinebrykoff Museum, Modern art museum Kiasma, or the museums and cinemas in Tennispalatsi, or go shopping on Iso-Roba, in Kamppi, Ruoholahti or Aleksanterinkatu - all just a few minutes away. The big warehouse you see in the street view is actually a live music venue called Nosturi 'The crain'. Other concert venues just around the corner include the Alexander theatre and Gloria, and the ones in the center are a walking distance away. Located by the sea, there's even a tiny beach just a few minutes away in Eiranranta. Description:This 38m2 apartment belongs to my sweet auntie and has one separate bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located in the very heart of Turku, by the river Aura that crosses the city. A speciality in the house is something very typical of Finland - there is a communal sauna in the basement that it´s habitants can use upon reservation! Here you will find yourself within walking distance to all major attractions like museums, art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, movie theaters... The house was built in 1961, so I´ll be honest, it´s not a beauty from the outside, and on the inside it is quite basic. Why should you rent this apartment? - The best thing about this place is definitely the location, and that you have the possibility to cook and live among locals and pay a lot less than in a hotel. To specify: there is room for one double bed in the bedroom, but if you would need, a third person could stay in the living room on a super comfy couch! Kallio is a traditionally working-class area that has seen an influx of trendy youngsters, artists and young families moving into the area. The district has many bars, restaurants and the only wood-fired public sauna in Helsinki. The park around the Töölö Bay, the Swimming Stadium with heated water pools and the Linnanmaki amusement park, the oldest and the most popular amusement park, all are within a 10-15-minutes walk from the flat. Description:Location/Area: Although apartment located closer to bohemian east downtown (10 min walking max.), where you can find all the hip bars, shops and other places of interest. Also it is also quite easy to reach the city centre: the tram stop is just next to ten building and it takes on average 15 minutes by tram to reach the city centre/Central Railway Station. The name of the district is Alppila referring to the Alp mountains and it is located on a the top of the hill. So if you want to enjoy the view to the whole city, you can go amusement park which is not far from the house, and enjoy the ride on a Ferrys Wheel or Panoraama (this one is free of charge, by the way). The Alppipuisto (Alps Park) is just a 5-7 minutes walkling distance from the house, in a little valley. During the summer its a nice place for the picnic and hanging out at the little independent music festivals, which are the inevitable part of this area. Also while staying in the neighborhood you can enjoy historical wooden houses, really cool flea market Valtteri, some nice and less pricey then in the city centre traditional restaurants. Apartment: It's nice and cosy studio-apartment around 30 m2. It will suit perfectly for two people. But it can also accomodate three, since there are a double bad at the loft one sofa. I guess we should note that the bathroom is combined with shower and it is really compact (1-1.5 sq.m, please check the pciture), but clean and usable. Another thing to note - the loft is just above the kitchenette (again, please check the pictures). However, overall the studio is just lovely. We are sure you'll enjoy your stay here! It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the road Hatanpään valtatie, with buses going frequently to the centrum plus many other locations. The Tampere centrum is located approximately 2,5 kilometres from the flat, so I would call that walking distance too. The apartment has one bedroom, an open kitchen with the living room, bathroom with sauna and a balcony. There is a washing machine, dryer and a drying room in the bottom floor of the apartment building, which can be used free of charge after booking a time. Up to five people can sleep in this apartment as there is one full size bed in the bedroom, a convertible sofa in the living room and an extra mattress that can be laid on the floor if needed. There is a dock for boats (the boat can be used free of charge). Around - the mixed forest (berries, mushrooms). Neighbors do not. The cottage has a spacious living room with fireplace, combined with a fully equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower and sauna. Terrace overlooking the lake. In the area equipped with barbecue. You can order a transfer from St. Petersburg (330 km) or from the nearest railway / railway station Savonlinna (50 km).
