Description:A studio in a hippy location 10 minutes from the city centre, main railway station, beach and central park. The scandinavian style apartment is on the 2/4 floor. It consists a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, vestibule and three big windows to the surrounding park. It includes all the basic amenities (internet, kitchen appliances, wc/shower, washing machine etc. - except tv and dish washer). The apartment is rather small, best for 1-2 persons. There is a double bed and I can also provide a mattress for a third person if needed. The apartment is nice but it's bit bohemian too few moldings are missing etc. That's why it's a bit cheaper. And a cat called Emily lives here, whom i'll of course take with me when renting, but you might take it into consideration if you're super allergic. I don't smoke but I don't care if people do it here. The place is located in the heart of Kallio neighborhood, most exciting what Helsinki has to offer. Though there are countless bars nearby, the location is surprisingly silent thanks to the surrounding Torkkelinmäki park there is no pass-through traffic for example. The park is also a great place to have picnic. There's a bakery in the next building, 24/7 grocery store and metro/tram are 5 minutes away. Airport is 1/2 hour away by taxi, 40 minutes by bus and all the passenger ship terminals 15 min away. There are usually available parking places on surrounding streets and also free 24/7 parking 5 minutes away. The building was ranked #7 in the most wanted place to live in Helsinki in the of list real-estate agency Oikotie.fi, highest in the neighborhood.... more info >>

The Helsinki Central Railway station is only a 10 minute walk away, so when arriving from the airport by bys or train it will not take you long to check in. The apartment is located in the Kruununhaka district, and it is a great place when exploring Helsinki. Kruununhaka is one of the oldest disctricts in Helsinki, so it is full of beautiful old buildings to discover if you're into architecture. APARTMENT - You rent the entire apartment which is a compact 20 sqm apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Windows are towards the inner yard, so it is also a very peaceful and safe location. The area is on the road to island Tervasaari, and its only 200 metres away from the apartment. This is good because you have to pay for all the parking places in the streets of Helsinki, with with few exceptions like the space near my apartment. The Kruununhaka district has a number of cosy small shops and restaurants. Most popular tourist sights of Helsinki are within a walking distance. The apartment building was built in 1939, and is well maintained. It has a small inner yard where you can also hang out if you wish. As mentioned, bed is 90 cm wide, so a couple might be able to sleep in it together. If you're not a couple, or if you prefer a little more space while sleeping, there is an extra mattress (80cm wide) that can be used for sleeping on the floor. Clean sheets and towels are always provided for 2 guests. As mentioned in the listing, more than 2 people are welcome, I don't limit the amount of guests but it might get a little crowded with 2 persons. On the other hand, if you use the apartment strictly for sleeping & showers, even 4 persons will fit in. For that, you will need to bring your own sleeping bags and towels, as I'm only able to provide sheets/pillows/towels for 2. Go ahead and ask more if you are a bigger group! The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking yourself is an option as well. To sum it up: If you prefer a compact, centrally located flat in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood in Helsinki... this is it! Description:Just a 10-20 minute walk from the central attractions, railway and bus stations as well as the southern and western boat terminals, this 33 m2 studio in the trendy design district of Punavuori has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a tub, 1 double and 1 single bed. Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen was renovated in February 2012 and you'll find everything you need there. Despite the central location, the building is very quiet (no loud music or showering after 11 p.m is allowed). A sauna and swimming pool are available for use on Friday evenings. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The studio is spaceous for one, comfortable for two and nice even for three people. There's a small playground and a park just outside, as well as popular restaurants, trendy clubs, bars, shops and galleries. Description:Location/Area: Although apartment located closer to bohemian east downtown (10 min walking max.), where you can find all the hip bars, shops and other places of interest. Also it is also quite easy to reach the city centre: the tram stop is just next to ten building and it takes on average 15 minutes by tram to reach the city centre/Central Railway Station. The name of the district is Alppila referring to the Alp mountains and it is located on a the top of the hill. So if you want to enjoy the view to the whole city, you can go amusement park which is not far from the house, and enjoy the ride on a Ferrys Wheel or Panoraama (this one is free of charge, by the way). The Alppipuisto (Alps Park) is just a 5-7 minutes walkling distance from the house, in a little valley. During the summer its a nice place for the picnic and hanging out at the little independent music festivals, which are the inevitable part of this area. Also while staying in the neighborhood you can enjoy historical wooden houses, really cool flea market Valtteri, some nice and less pricey then in the city centre traditional restaurants. Apartment: It's nice and cosy studio-apartment around 30 m2. It will suit perfectly for two people. But it can also accomodate three, since there are a double bad at the loft one sofa. I guess we should note that the bathroom is combined with shower and it is really compact (1-1.5 sq.m, please check the pciture), but clean and usable. Another thing to note - the loft is just above the kitchenette (again, please check the pictures). However, overall the studio is just lovely. We are sure you'll enjoy your stay here! Description:Comfortable cottage for 7 persons in the area of Savonlinna. The distance from the border with Russia (Svetogorsk) - 150 km. The cottage is located on the shore of the sparkling lake, about 7 km in length. In the village Savonranta (2 km) has a shop, cafe, gas station. The shore is flat, sandy, suitable for swimming. There is a dock for boats (the boat can be used free of charge). Around - the mixed forest (berries, mushrooms). Neighbors do not. The cottage has a spacious living room with fireplace, combined with a fully equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower and sauna. Terrace overlooking the lake. In the area equipped with barbecue. You can order a transfer from St. Petersburg (330 km) or from the nearest railway / railway station Savonlinna (50 km). In Savonlinna can be reached by train from Moscow and St. Petersburg (change in Kouvola). A wonderful holiday in the winter. . 150 meters from the cottage is a ski slope Lekotti, Near the cottage is a ski trail for cross country skiing.
