Description:A pretty little flat of 47 m2, on the third floor of a building located in a beautiful and peaceful area next to the lake Pyhäjärvi and the Tampere Arboretum. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the road Hatanpään valtatie, with buses going frequently to the centrum plus many other locations. The Tampere centrum is located approximately 2,5 kilometres from the flat, so I would call that walking distance too. The apartment has one bedroom, an open kitchen with the living room, bathroom with sauna and a balcony. There is a washing machine, dryer and a drying room in the bottom floor of the apartment building, which can be used free of charge after booking a time. Up to five people can sleep in this apartment as there is one full size bed in the bedroom, a convertible sofa in the living room and an extra mattress that can be laid on the floor if needed.
