Description:This Unit is a large wonderful condo which has been newly remodeled in 2007. It is located towards Ft Pickens on the Sound side with a shallow beach for launching your wave runner, wading with the toddlers or for crabbing. At the same time it is only 250 yards from the Gulf of Mexico beach for surfing, shelling or just lying around. We have a couple bikes, floaters, etc for your enjoyment. We are less than half a mile from Peg Leg Pete's oyster and seafood bar/restaurant and only a couple miles from the main boardwalk with restaurants, clubs, shops, rentals for water sports, mini golf, fishing pier, and deep sea fishing charters. There is a great paved path for walking, jogging, skating, or biking which runs from in front of our condo for 10 miles, past the main boardwalk. Both units are Water front with large balconies for a relaxing visit. Watch the dolphins play in the gulf from your huge tiled Gulf front balcony that runs the length of the master bedroom and living room, right on the beach and is as close to the Gulf as the law allows. The living room, dining room, master bedroom all have Gulf front spectacular views of the emerald waters of the Gulf. Free high speed internet is accessible from the living room. This beautiful condo can sleep six. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors that go onto to your private Gulf front balcony. The master bedroom has a private bath. There is a second bedroom with twin beds with adjoining bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV with a VCR/DVD player, and sliding glass doors that go onto the balcony. The kitchen is large, light and bright, with a breakfast bar and opens up into the dining room. No crowds here! The Palms is a 23 unit complex with covered parking.
