The house is ideally situated in a quiet area, between Arroyo de la Miel and Torremolinos and is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and fashionable Puerto Marina (Benalmádena), with its disco bars and fine restaurants. It is also 5 minutes from the railway station which offers an efficient link to Arroyo de la Miel and Fuengirola to the West and Torremolinos, the Airport and the City of Malaga to the East all within 30 minutes. There is also a regular bus service to Marbella and further afield, for those who are more adventurous. Description:This amazing duplex is located in one of the nicest & most modern buildings of Malaga’s historical centre: it mixes classic columns in an inner patio and typical painted tiles with modern touches such as the colours of the walls and the see-through ceiling of the elevator! As you can see from the pictures, the building is pretty unique, even with its own pool and community & solarium (pool opened only during the summer).
