Once called Alfani Palace, our country house is part of an old stone town built in the XIIIth century. This town was once part of the old Roman Municipium of Arna, which included other smaller towns of the area and was considered of great strategic importance on the old Gualdo Tadino/Perugia route. Today our country house, after restoration, has 5 comfortable and characteristic apartments of different sizes, all with a splendid view of umbrian valleys. Even without a car you can visit Tuscany, the bus station 100 meters from our accommodation and few minutes to the rail station to go to Lucca, Pisa or Florence. And it's cool even in summer for the proximity of pine wood. Our rental apartment has a living room with a large table with 6 seats and a sofa bed for 2 people. This is clearly a well stocked kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, one of them double. Heating completely autonomous. You will also have a balcony on the pine wood, and very important in Viareggio (in the center of city the problem is find a place to park the car), a private parking lot inside the courtyard with a keyed gate. Housing is clearly provided for all major appliances for a happy holiday: TV, freezer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator.
