Description:Sixty steps to a clean, white beach on the uncrowded end of Gulf Shores, perfect for couples or kids. With the 3 bedrooms all having their own bathroom and TV it is perfect for multi-generational families as well. Fresh paint, carpet, linens, curtains! All new and clean! This beach house is across a two lane road from turquoise waters and an uncrowded beach! You walk 60 steps to the Gulf Shores, Alabama beach!! Or you could sit on one of the TWO balconies and let the ocean breezes wash over you and your family. LARGE three bedroom, three full bath duplex for rent with terrific ocean views. Perfect for a large family or three couples with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom (and my beds are terrific!) Great location with privacy and available year-round. Covered parking for 3 vehicles (2 covered so the cars can stay shaded) or a truck and boat. I've even had campers there. Comfortable, new (King & Queen) beds in all three family size bedrooms. Beautiful linens in all three of the FULL baths. The fully equipped kitchen has every appliance needed for a margarita party or cooking for family. There is a newTV in the living room and TV's in all the THREE bedrooms. In addition there is a stereo system with CD in another bedroom. Alarm clocks in two of the three bedrooms because after sleeping on these mattresses you and the kids will not want to get out of bed! No phone but Free WIFI so bring those laptops. The TWO balconies are furnished so you can relax and enjoy the priceless views. This area of West Beach in Gulf Shores is private and both newlyweds and families like this quiet area of the beach, it truly is a perfect spot for relaxation or for a party! Keyless entry so no need to worry about keys and so on. Fly into Pensacola, Mobile, or Biloxi airports which are all near! Or if you are driving there is so much to do. On Hwy 59 South in Summerdale, AL you can go to Gator Alley or stop in at Burris Farm Market in Loxley for this country's best Key Lime Pie. In Mobile Bay don't miss the USS Alabama or Bellingrath Gardens nearby. For shows and gambling Biloxi is fun and only 90 minutes away! I don't know why you would ever leave the beach or my house but contact me for ideas if you do want to get to know the Gulf Coast! The cottage is located at the very quiet Lagoon Village in the heart of Gulf Shores, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the best shopping in the area! Perfect for retirees or families! For those inclined to boating and fishing, the public boat ramp with all facilities is only 200 yards away. Plus, there’s ample space to park a boat right next to the house, which sits on an acre of land. Also, one of the famed Alabama golf courses is just a walking distance away. Description:When I travel, my entire house is available, but sometimes when home I can offer one room as well. For the entire house for 1 week, it is $575. It can easily sleep 7-8 people. It's decorated very shabby chic in style...hardwood floors throughout, gourmet kitchen, 3 fireplaces, tin roof, white wood floors in back part of the house, beautiful New Orleans- style cottage right in downtown Mobile.....British park down the street, porch with rocking chairs, tree lined streets in this Historic district filled with older homes and Southern charm.. walk to everything!! And always near the festivals...walk to Bay Fest, Art-Walk, and Mardi-Gras is right here, walk half a block!! Centrally located...Pensacola is 45 mins, Dauphin Island 20 mins, New orleans, 2 hrs, and Gulfport/Bilouxi is 45 mins. Room for the night is $65 if I host For entire house is only $93. Pets or babies and children welcome. There is an error on my profile. It states I only respond 60% of the time. Description:This Unit is a large wonderful condo which has been newly remodeled in 2007. It is located towards Ft Pickens on the Sound side with a shallow beach for launching your wave runner, wading with the toddlers or for crabbing. At the same time it is only 250 yards from the Gulf of Mexico beach for surfing, shelling or just lying around. We have a couple bikes, floaters, etc for your enjoyment. We are less than half a mile from Peg Leg Pete's oyster and seafood bar/restaurant and only a couple miles from the main boardwalk with restaurants, clubs, shops, rentals for water sports, mini golf, fishing pier, and deep sea fishing charters. There is a great paved path for walking, jogging, skating, or biking which runs from in front of our condo for 10 miles, past the main boardwalk.
