The cottage was designed to give an experience of yachting along the coast. You have all the comforts of large living, ship shape. It was designed to provide efficient exciting lifestyle, the trend of the future. There is an unusually sweet fireplace for those few chilly nights we have in the south and a wall of sliding glass doors to the north and south to give you a constant breeze from the Atlantic across the marsh land that is so special along the Georgia coast. A spiral staircase takes you to an upper level of privacy that catwalks over the lower level. Sleeping areas are provided on both level. There is a full size kitchen including a small dishwasher, convection oven, and ss appliances. In a word, it is fun. 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to historic downtown savannah. Description:Perfect Tybee vacation rental! 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Very clean (non-smoking) fully furnished condo on Tybee's south end. 1 bed in each bedroom (2 queens, 1 double) plus a pull-out sofa. Very nice- bamboo floors, granite countertops, tiled bathrooms. Nice linens. TV in den/kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms. Short walk (1/2 block) to pier, beach, restaurants, bars, shops. Private parking for 3 vehicles is included. Such a perfect location that once you arrive, you don't have to use your vehicle at all during your stay on Tybee. You can walk out of our condo and be standing on the pier in less than 5 minutes. The beach (amazing sunrises) is a half of block away, and the back river (amazing sunsets) is just a few blocks away.... more info >>

Description:Welcome to the Hostess City! Stay in the 2nd floor guest room of this historic (circa 1893) brick Victorian mansion that overlooks Forsyth Park. Your will have plenty of privacy as you will have the front half of this floor to yourself. You will have a full bath with claw foot tub and a separate shower that are separated from the bedroom with perfectly functional pocket doors. A beautiful crystal chandelier accents the bathroom. Walk through a traditional floor-to-ceiling window onto your private balcony that overlooks Forsyth Park.Wi-fi and cable with HBO and Cinemax are included. This beroom has its own thermostat, so you may adjust the temperature to your liking. It also has a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not included, but the Forsyth Park Cafe is across the street in the park and has a Starbucks and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.Our house is less than a mile from Bay Street and is located in the Historic District of Savannah. You will be within walking distance of the entire historic district which is full of beautiful homes with amazing architecture as well as lovely parks and squares with oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Savannah offers dozens of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, boutiques, and art galleries.Our house was on the 2013 Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens.Tybee Island is only 30 minutes away which has great restaurants, pretty beaches, and beautiful sunsets. We have a 16' Boston Whaler (max 5 guests) and offer private tours. Fees vary depending on the length of the tour and fuel used.Bonaventure Cemetery is 3.7 miles from our house.**Our 3rd floor is also listed. The main room is huge and has 2 queen beds, a sectional sofa, kitchenette and half bath. Coffee and condiments are provided as is a Brita water pitcher for your convenience. In a separate room on the same floor is a day bed with a trundle (2 twin mattresses). You will have a full bath with claw foot tub and shower plus a half bath (both on 3rd floor).The third floor has its own thermostat, so you may adjust the temperature to your liking.
