This is a ground floor villa so there are no stairs to climb, and you don 't have to carry your luggage and groceries upstairs like so many villas in Sea Pines. The villa is located in a quiet complex (Harbourwood Villas) of 18 villas close to Harbourtown. r n r nSea Pines is the island 's largest resort with miles of beautiful beaches, acres of forest preserve, and 20 miles of paved bike and walking paths that surround the entire plantation. r n r nIn the living room we have all new leather furniture and queen sleeper, large screen Samsung high definition TV with over 300 channels, stereo with I PHONE/IPOD DOCK, CD, VCR, DVD, and large library of DVD movies for children and adults. r n r nIn the master bedroom there is a new king size premium Beauty Rest (Heavenly Bed like the Westin suites) new flat screen TV, DVD player, and large his and her closets. r n r nIn the guest bedroom we have all new furniture including 2 double beds, flat screen TV and DVD player. We also have a Cosco Fun Sport play yard at the villa. r n r nOur villa is a tropical retreat with all the comforts of home for one or two couples traveling together or a family with children. r n r nWe have a screened porch, wet bar, barbecue grill, washer, dryer, and free high speed and wireless internet. Bring your laptop. r n r nIt is a 5 minute walk to Harbourtown. Harbourtown is The Place To Be! During summer months Gregg Russell entertains everyone under the big oak tree every night except Saturday. His show is a Must See and starts at 8pm. r n r nThere are many good restaurants and other entertainment in Harbourtown. There is a steel band outside overlooking the marina and live music at the Quarterdeck. r n r nHarbourfest Fireworks is every Tuesday night during the summer at Shelter Cove Harbor and Shannon Tanner has children 's shows there at 6:30pm and 8pm week nights during the summer. r n r nWe are 5 minutes (1/2 mile) from the Sea Pines Beach Club, a private beach club for residents and guests. Spend the day swimming in the ocean and sunning. The parking lot at the beach club is very large. You can even ride a bike on the beach! Have lunch at the restaurant and listen to the entertainment. In the summer the Surfside Grill serves a full dinner menu overlooking the beach with live entertainment nightly. r n r nEvery kind of water sport is available in Sea Pines including jet skiing, exploring by kayak or canoe, and parasailing. There are charter fishing boats in Harbourtown and a drift fishing boat in South Beach if you want to go fishing. r n r nWe also have great fishing in the fresh and salt water ponds in Sea Pines. (See the picture.) Catch some blue crabs for dinner. r n r nGo horseback riding at Lawton Stables or walk and take a self guided tour through the beautiful forest preserve. Visit the Baynard Ruins. r n r nGet in shape at the fitness center. Play miniature golf at the many courses in Hilton Head. r n r nTake a bike ride to South Beach Marina, and visit the Salty Dog restaurants and tee shirt factory. Go fishing on the drift boat from South Beach. r n r nYou can take a ferry boat ride to Daufuskie Island to play golf. r n r nIn Harbourtown you can take a sunset cruise on the Stars and Stripes sailboat, a pirate ship cruise, a dinner cruise on a power boat, or a day cruise on a power boat to Savannah 's historic waterfront district. r n r nThere are so many activities in Hilton Head it is impossible to list them all. r n r nThere are playhouses, movie theaters, great restaurants, bands, live entertainment, and excellent shopping at the many factory outlets. r n r nSome of our favorites for live music are The Jazz Corner.(Great food and live music every night) r nMezzuluna has great food and music and dancing several nights a week.
