Private parking for 3 vehicles is included. Such a perfect location that once you arrive, you don't have to use your vehicle at all during your stay on Tybee. You can walk out of our condo and be standing on the pier in less than 5 minutes. Your will have plenty of privacy as you will have the front half of this floor to yourself. You will have a full bath with claw foot tub and a separate shower that are separated from the bedroom with perfectly functional pocket doors. A beautiful crystal chandelier accents the bathroom. Walk through a traditional floor-to-ceiling window onto your private balcony that overlooks Forsyth Park.Wi-fi and cable with HBO and Cinemax are included. This beroom has its own thermostat, so you may adjust the temperature to your liking. It also has a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not included, but the Forsyth Park Cafe is across the street in the park and has a Starbucks and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.Our house is less than a mile from Bay Street and is located in the Historic District of Savannah. You will be within walking distance of the entire historic district which is full of beautiful homes with amazing architecture as well as lovely parks and squares with oak trees draped with Spanish moss. There is a general store on Fripp island where you can pick up items you may have forgotten when shopping in town at the grocery store. Now......a little about Fripp Island! The most seaward of the beautiful barrier islands of South Carolina, Fripp Island is 3000 acres of natural beauty. Designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary, more than 175 species of birds live along the ocean and Great Salt Marsh. Any given day you can spot majestic brown pelicans flying in formation or great blue herons, snowy white egrets and wood storks stalking their next meal. Among the native wildlife you will find raccoons, alligators and an abundance of deer, more than 250 at last count. The ocean abounds in bass, trout, flounder, grouper and blue crabs.
