Description:Located in Vanderhorst Plantation on Kiawah Island, this non smoking one level home has natural wooded views and is within biking distance of the beach. The paved biking trail runs right behind the house. Guests in this home enjoy such amenities as beautiful hardwood floors, DVD player, wireless internet access, whirlpool tub, garage access, a large front porch with four rocking chairs, and an outdoor shower, which is great for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. The back porch has a seating area that overlooks the backyard, which will allow you to view some of the wildlife on the island. Because of Kiawah Island's status as a Natural Reserve, you are in the perfect location to see a variety of beautiful wildlife. With four bedrooms, two full baths, and two half baths, the home has bedding for eight but will allow up to ten guests. Guests are welcome to bring or rent additional bedding. n nOn the front porch are rocking chairs which invite you to sit down for a while and enjoy the quiet island life. Inside, the living room of this single level home has hardwood floors, a large flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace, a collection of books in the built-in bookcase, and plenty of seating for the family, as well as access to the furnished back porch. The adjoining dining room seats eight guests at the table, and the adjacent kitchen has granite counters, a cook top kitchen island, and seating for two available at the counter plus a breakfast table that seats four, and a writing desk. If you would like to dine outside, there is a table that seats four on the back porch off of the living room. n nThe master suite has a king bed, its own 21 inch TV and DVD player, and a master bath with double sinks, a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The master suite also has private access to the back porch. The second bedroom has a king bed and shares a full Jack and Jill bath with a third bedroom furnished with two twin beds. There is access to a small screened porch off of the third bedroom and dining room, which would be perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Description:We would like to welcome you to our Tybee Island Coastal Retreat. If you are looking to relax and enjoy island life, you have found the place. Be one of our first guests to enjoy this fabulous home with all the amenities and perfect location. Our 4 bedroom 3 bath duplex is brand new and features a spacious floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Each room has been carefully decorated to reflect the comforts of coastal living. Enjoy an easy walk or bike ride to the Back River, Savannah Beach, the Pier and many Restaurants. n nOur home has an elevator to accommodate luggage, groceries, and those needing help with the stairs. There is a two car garage with an extended bay for compact cars. Parking for larger vehicles or a boat is available in the front of the unit. There is a boat/kayak access just a c2bd block away (one of the best hidden beaches on the island). Bring your boat and enjoy the Back River. n nThe first floor features a bedroom with a queen size bed. A hall bathroom is just a few steps away. It has a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. n n The kitchen is also located on the first level. It boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A pantry for food storage and a High Efficiency Washer/Dryer is located at the end of the kitchen. A cozy breakfast nook and a granite bar provides seating for mealtimes. n nThe den provides comfortable seating with 2 couches and two side chairs. The couches folds out into a full size sleeper. You will find a 42 inch flatscreen TV with DVD Player, Satellite TV, CD/Stereo player. Two sliding doors open to a large porch with table and seating for four. n nA media center in the den gives you a workspace for your computer and features wireless internet. A phone for local calls is located here. n nThe second floor houses the Master bedroom. It welcomes a good nights sleep with its Cherry King sized sleigh bed. A private master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, tile shower and double vanity. It also has a 32 in flatscreen TV/DVD, stereo/CD player, and walk-in closet. nEnjoy beautiful sunsets off the private master porch with rocker club chairs and tables. n nTwo other bedrooms are found on the second floor. One features two twin beds and the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TV/DVD. A hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination is on this level. n nThe roof top floor on the third level is one of the most spectacular features of this home. This is the most amazing view of the Back River and our favorite place to spend the evening. The large roof top porch is a great place to gather and relax. n nTybee Island has captured the heart of our family. We are excited to be a part of this wonderful place .
