The villa offers three large bedrooms all with private baths. There are TWO (2)master suites with spa tub, separate shower and king-size bed. The other guest bedroom includes twin beds. The great room offers a pull out queen sleeper with access to a bathroom. This villa is equipped with HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS for those guests that need to stay in touch. It is beautifully decorated and accessorized! Walk, jog or bike along the miles of beach and trails located within Palmetto Dunes. Fabulous 18 hole golf courses designed by Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and George Fazio are ready and waiting to make your vacation unforgettable. Enjoy tennis on one of the 23 clay or two hard courts. Description:Our beautiful Hilton Head House, a South Carolina vacation rental home by owner is a promising hideaway with family or friends. This home, being near to beach, offers vacationers everything necessary for a memorable and exciting beachfront vacation. Our Hilton Head Island home rental for 12 is close to the Town Park, which is the only public park on Hilton Head Island featuring ball parks, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts and a fenced dog park. Around 12 vacationers can curl up in the serene ambiance of our luxuriously decorated, Charleston style 4 bedroom Hilton Head Island home, which includes a king-size bed, a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. All our bedrooms are well equipped with entertainment facilities and can sleep up to 12 comfortably. The five well fitted bathrooms have spa baths/Jetted tubs and showers. For your indoor comfort and convenience, we have a deck and a fenced-in heated pool with a gas grill. Additionally, outside as well as inside shower is there for your use at this pet friendly Hilton Head Island home. There is an open kitchen with granite counter tops, great room featuring a cast-stone gas fireplace with custom bookcases on each side and a dining room overlooking the lagoon with fountain at the main level, where you'll find saturina floors and 10 foot high ceilings. There is also a whole-house speaker system with controls in each room, on the deck and by the pool for your enjoyment here. During your stay at our Hilton Head Island home near golf, you can also board the free shuttle to beach, which is just 100 yards away, for indulging in your favorite beach sport.
