Located oceanfront in Sea Pines, this home features panoramic ocean views as you enter the front door! Upon entry, you are in main living area of the home. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open and feature beautiful views of the covered lanai, sparkling pool and ocean beyond. THe living room features a floor to ceiling slate covered wall complete with a wall mounted large flat screen TV. There is a large dining table that seats ups to 10. There is also a separate breakfast area for 6 as well. The open kitchen features spacious granite countertops, a wet bar, large center island and high end stainless appliances! Anyone's dream kitchen! One of the three master bedrooms is located on 1st floor. This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, large flat screen TV and DVD player, access to the pool deck, and a large master bathroom. The master bath features a large jacuzzi tub, walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads, double vanities, a seperate water closet with a commode and bidet, and a large custom closet! Also on the first level you will find a bedroom with a four poster king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player and a private bath with a walk in shower. The main floor also features a full bath and one of the homes two laundry areas. Up a small flight of stairs you will find a sleeper den furnished with a comfy sofabed and a wall mounted large flat screen TV and DVD player. Off of the den are 2 bedrooms. One of the rooms is furnished with a king size bed and a private bath with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and DVD player, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Up another small flight of stairs, you will find another large open living room furnished with a wet bar, dining table, and a floor to ceiling slate wall with a large wall mounted flat screen TV, theater seating and surround sound audio system. This room has a wall of windows overlooking the ocean and the pool area. There is also a large sitting deck off of the second floor den. The deck features glass railings so as not to obscure the fabulous view, a dining table and chairs and four chaise lounges. This level also features a half bath and a second laundry area To the left of the 2nd floor den is the second master suite. It features a king size bed, ocean views, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a large master bath with a jacuzzi tub, walk in tiled shower, double vanities, private water closet, and a large walk in closet. The the right of the 2nd floor den area is the third master suite.
