In the village (500 metres walk) are a local bar, shop and restaurant. You are just 5 minutes drive from the facinating medieval town of Trogir. The property is very spacious with a splendid swimming pool in front and a lovely little beach beside, just perfect for swimming and sunbathing. A long promenade runs along the coast ideal for jogging or strolling along in the evening. It takes you to the Hotel Medena 2 km away, which has tennis courts, restaurants and a pebble beach, further on (7km away) is Seget Donji which has a little harbour and a good restaurant called «Frenky».Additional activities nearby: tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, soccer 400 meters. Bar, restaurant 300 meters. Scooter rental 2 km. Boat rental, organized boat excursions, boat line to Trogir 120 meters. Beaches: walking distance to nearest beach 10 m. Type of beach: pebble beach and larger rock fragments, distance from the sea is 10 m Final cleaning, heating, air-conditioning, bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. Notes: check-in: after 2:00 p.m., check-out: before 10:00 am Important notice: Guest turnovers are only on Saturdays. Minimal booking is 7 days. DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION:- The owner lives on the ground floor and runs a small restaurant only for the occupants of his property (he normally needs 24 hours notice, if you want to eat there). In front of this property is a kidney shaped 8.5m x 5m swimming pool with jacuzzi , roman steps and outside shower, from here is direct acces to a small beach. The whole property is sea facing with magnificient views and consists of 6 apartments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors each with air-conditioning plus terrace with table and chairs.
