Even though we couldn't stay the last night, she found us a place close by to stay. Even though we paid Evrim more for the last night than it would have costed, I gladly paid the slightly higher amount for her incredible help. Fantastic location, everything close by. Overall a really, really good exprecience. Evrim was so kind to find this place for the last night of our stay. I can highly recommend Evrim as a host, fast in replying and really really helpful. It started with an very quick answer to my request, an offer for a airline transfer and a meeting in the city closed to the apartement (which is located very central, 2 minutes walk to the Istiklal Caddesi). The apartement was clean, when we arrived, we got information for WiFi access and other stuff immediately, there where no troubles. The apartement is located in the second floor, and there are enough opportunities to lock it. The bathroom offers everything I needed, was also clean, worked very well and conforms european standards. Also the kitchen fulfilled our needs, it is small, but there is everything you need for a short trip. I was sleeping on the sofa, which was also very comfortable. No back complaints after 5 nights! There are lots of international TV channels, TV works very well also. Checkout worked without any problems as well. Evrim is great host, I just can recommend the flat and the host. She works hard in offering a nice stay, if I come back to Istanbul, I hope this apartement will available! Price is absolutely okay! Grocers, supermarkets, restaurants, hamam, bars and cafes all within 5 minutes walk. Despite this, the street itself is very quiet and the apartment is near silent at night. Police station in the street makes it about the safest area in Istanbul. Evrim was extremely helpful, showed us around the neighbourhood on arrival, and arranged extensions and transfers without hassle. Her company's office is three doors up from the apartment, which was helpful to pay for extensions. A pleasure to stay somewhere where everything just worked.
