Therefore, the living room is a shared area for all the residents of the duplex flat. On the upper floor there is a huge terrace with a beautiful city and park view. Having a grill on the barbeque at the terrace is a fun summer event which is occasionally organized.***However, the entrance to the terrace is from a bedroom. Please ask for permission of the room owner to pass through and enter the terrace.** The entrance of the flat is a common entrance, all the guests use the same entrance on the floor downstairs. You can chill out in the huge living room and read our various selection of magazines and books. You can watch movies on the TV.as well as the terrace. Description:This is a renovated old house in Elmada , a safe and calm neighborhood within a ten minute walking distance to the famous Taksim square. Having two separate apartments, it is perfect to house a group of friends or a large family. And its excellent location allows easy access to the natural and historical treasures of the city. The first apartment has a bedroom and a living room and each can be used for sleeping purposes. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed (containing real bed inside, so as comfy as a real bed). So, the apartment is quite comfortable for two couples. And though it has a nice garden, as its decoration process still continues, I have not uploaded the pictures yet. And the second apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, where up to 8 persons may stay. But please read the room and bed compositions carefully in order to figure out whether your group of 8 will stay comfortably in 3 rooms. Hilton Hotel is only 3-4 and Taxim square is within only 10-15 minute walking distance, which (as you should know if you are planning to come to Istanbul) is the artistic and cultural centre of the city with its cafes, restaurants, bars, winehouses, night clubs, theatres and movie theatres. And you can get to Sultanahmet, the historical town of Istanbul within 10-15 minutes if you take a taxi, which is the same with Bosphorus.Please tell me if you need a transfer to and from the airport.
