Description:Villa Pinara is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa located about 7 minutes from the center of the traditional Turkish town of Kas, on the far side of the Cukurbag Peninsular. The villa, which are set within its own gardens of palms, bougainvillea, jasmin, lilac, honeysuckle, lemon and olive trees, has spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea. The villa, built to a contemporary Turkish style with stone cladding and a slate roof, is very spacious and light, finishes being predominantly white with traditional Iznik Ceramics adding a splash of colour to the interior. The villa benefits from full Air Conditioning and has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. In addition to this there are 2 sofa beds in the lounge so up to 10 people could be accommodated. From the front entrance, which is located within a full height circular turret, a few steps lead down into the main living area, with the dining area adjoining this & the kitchen backing onto the dining area. The Kitchen is fully fitted with cupboards and a wine rack and has all the usual utensils including pots & pans, knives forks, spoons, wine glasses, tumblers etc. A polished black granite work surface backs onto the tiled wall below the fitted cupboards. From the lounge, double doors lead out onto the large pool terrace where there are stunning views to the West. The terrace has 6 sun loungers, low tables for drinks 2 Parasols and table and chairs for that early morning breakfast by the pool. Kas, has a wonderful night life with a great variety of restaurants and bars that stay open until the early hours. The pool is fully maintained by a professional pool company ensuring a pristine pool and water quality. The depth of the pool is approximately 1400mm or 4'6 deep. The swimming pool is illuminated at night. Don't miss the beautiful evening sunsets for which the area is famous for, off the lounge or master bed terrace. Marina View Apartment features a large through lounge and dining area with marble floor and fabulous views across Karagozler Bay, where boats and yachts moor at anchor. There is a large 3 seat sofa, which also turns into a comfortable double bed, a further 2 seat sofa, large colour TV with cable channels, DVD player with music facility and internet. The property is ideally furnished and equipped for up to 4 persons. One bathroom, one double bedroom and a large, bright and airy sitting/dining room with fully equipped kitchen area. Two sofa/beds in the sitting area convert to provide beds. The view from the balcony is stunning and is equipped with table and chairs. There is also a barbecue facility on the balcony. Notes to the Accommodation and Amenities : There is a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The garden is available to use but is a basic space. The Dolmus stops outside. We do consider longer rentals but only in some months and by agreement please contact. There are two sofa beds in the lounge area making it possible for 4 adults to rent...but the apartment is small and is ideally suited to a family or good friends. The apartment is convenient for all local amenities which can be reached by dolmus. For more distant sightseeing or visits there are many companies in Fethiye that arrange tours by Coach, Taxi, Air or sea. Inside this villa is as spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped as you would have at home. To give you an idea we have measured the rooms,- Lounge - 6.3x 4.2m, Kitchen/dining room 5.6x 3.5m, master bedroom3.5x 3.6m, double/twin room 3.5x3.4m and the twin bedroom 3.4x2.5m. Outside is the shady veranda, terrace and dining terrace beneath the pergola. The villa is on the edge of a small complex named Rosmarin which overlooks the millionaire's playground of Gocek and it's bay and marinas.Rosmarin has everything that you would expect from 4 star complex. The large 265 sq m freshwater swimming pool with adjoining childrens pool is equipped with ample sunbeds and umbrellas. There is no lifeguard so you will need to supervise children at the pool. Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms Bathroom 1 - Toilet , Shower Enclosure Bathroom 2 - Toilet , Shower Enclosure Fully tiled shower rooms are equipped with basin, WC and shower and are located one on each floor. Water is heated by electricity so there is no carbon monoxide risk. There is plentiful hot water independant of the weather! Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Bed 1 double bed room and 2 with twin beds.
