For car renters and owners there is ample parking in front of the apartment. Public transportation in Belgium is mainly in the form of buses and trams, but they are pretty well serving. Oostende is connected by train to Brugges, Gent, Antwerp, Brussels and all other main cities of Belgium. Train service is cheap and effective in Belgium. If you're ping-pong fans or you're looking for something to do on a rainy day or after a day of sightseeing, we have a ping pong table. The most fun thing to do in Oostende is to take a walk down the beach, go down to the docks (really close by) or the fish market. GHENT Is the central place to be in Flanders region. It can be your homebase to visit the rest of the country. From Ghent you reach easily Bruges, Antwerp, Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam. Ghent itselves is one of the major historical cities of Belgium. FROM MY apartment you can visit all in a walk: the three towers, the cathedral, shopping, the castle, TOURIST nearby castle. Even all public transport is around. Apartment: There is a master bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. I still have a cot. I offer you my whole apartment shared with a furnished kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath, 2 sleeping rooms. My way of living makes that we just meet when it is necessary.
