There is a mini-mart store, the Tradewinds, just steps away - locally owned and well stocked. The Harbor Village has shopping for souvenirs, clothes, water activities, jewerly, cookies and ice cream. The Maui Ocean Center is there - a world class aquarium where you can see the abundant coral reef fish in the waters of Hawaii and well as deeper ocean animals - sharks, rays and pelagic fish. There is an extensive exhibit on whales.
