Description:This ancient villa, whose origins date back to 1700, is situated in a splendid and panoramic hillside position on the edge of the town of Lamporecchio, a short distance (approx. 5 km) from Vinci, the town where Leonardo da Vinci, where you can visit an interesting museum dedicated to the famous scientist. In the town of Lamporecchio you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. nThe house is spread out over three levels, the first floor is not accessible to the guests. The furniture is comfortable and elegant, made up for the most park of period pieces. The outdoor areas are very well kept and slope down towards the swimming pool (5x12m) passing through a pergola equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. nThanks to the house's central location, you can easily reach the cities of art Florence and Pisa as well as the Chianti Classico area as far as Siena. Fienile Montalbano is part of a complex together with another 5 apartments which have been created in a nearby farmhouse (Podere Montalbano), but it has its own private, furnished outside areas and its own exclusive swimming-pool of 3x8 metres. The recent renovation was carried out with great care, and the interiors have been furnished with taste and with attention even to the fine details.
