Armstrong World Industries is/ was a manufacturer of floor/ ceiling/ wallcoverings world-wide w/ corp headquarters in Lancaster. Description:We have completly remodled a 1876 brick farmhouse located on a operating crop and dairy farm. Willow Brook unit which is the front of the house consists of the following Pantry Kitchen including a sink, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Social room including a electric fireplace, television, reclining sofa, two reclining chairs, a extension table and chairs and a old upright piano. It has an downstairs full downstairs bathroom with a shower and a full upstairs bathroom with a tub shower. There are four bedrooms upstairs 1-Groffs Grove room has one double bed 2-Train Room has a double and a single bed. 3- The marble top room has one double bed. 4- Evergreen room has one double bed. ( We will be adding a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the near future.) The Sunrise Suite unit which is to the rear of the house has the following a Full kitchen which has a stove, sink, microwave,toaster, dishwasher also a laundry room which has a washer and a dryer there is also a desk and a sleeper sofa in this area. with porches to sit on facing the railroad or the meadow.
